“We recently visited the BMW dealership in Monrovia, CA for maintenance service and had an excellent experience. Tim, our service representative, was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He offered a great three-year unlimited oil change and service package, which is an excellent value compared to individual service costs.
We also appreciated the complimentary car wash and multi-point inspection. Most importantly, Tim never tried to oversell or recommend unnecessary work. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better.

“Brought my LC250 in with an odd steering sensitivity issue that a Toyota dealership couldn't pin down. Steve and his team got me scheduled quickly, took it for a real test drive, and actually listened to what I was describing instead of brushing it off.
They found some toe-out in the front alignment and redid the zero-point EPS calibration — no charge, since they'd done the initial alignment. That kind of follow-through says a lot.
What stood out most is Steve himself — down to earth, genuinely knowledgeable (especially on shocks/suspension), and not once did I feel like I was being upsold. He cared about actually solving the problem, not just closing the ticket. You can tell he's into these vehicles and wants to be a real resource for the local off-road/overland community, not just another shop.
This is going to be my go-to shop from here on out. Highly recommend RPM Garage if you're in the SGV/SoCal area and want a shop that treats your vehicle — and your time — with respect.”
“I can't say enough good things about VAG Garage in Monrovia. I was visiting from out of town when my vehicle needed repairs, and they were able to fit me in on very short notice so I could get back home for work on time.That level of flexibility and customer service meant a lot.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and took the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, the final price came in lower than I was expecting, which was a great surprise.

“My Jeep was dropped off at the dealership June 17 and picked up September 20.
The 12v battery, EV battery, and a module were replaced. Took long because dealership was waiting on the approval of parts by the Star engineering department.
Dealership did keep me informed the whole time. Which I appreciate.
I know it was not their fault that it took 3 months to get my Jeep back, but the process of waiting on parts to be approved is ridiculous. Jeep Definitely needs to make changes to the way Star engineering does their approvals. I give star engineering 0 stars.
The only disappointing part from the dealership was when I received my Vehicle. Because of the time it took, You would think they would try and keep me happy. My car looked like it was washed really quick, EV battery was not charged, and my car had a quarter tank of gas.”
“Had one of 4 catalytic converters stolen on my 2004 Chevy Silverado. After my mechanic made the repairs took it to Power Muffler at my mechanics recommendation and they welded several loops on each converter and then ran wires around the converters and the frame for $750.”
“I live in Northern California, more than 350 miles away from this shop. I was in tight spot as I was looking after my sister who is a cancer patient in a nearby hospital. The blower motor on my truck’s air conditioner stopped blowing at all! I was mostly concerned about my sister’s comfort but, I had had previous problems with the air conditioning in the truck before. Either clicking noise or only working on 4. The resistor had been replaced twice before. But this time the blower would not blow at all. I checked Google reviews on nearby shops and chose Myrtle. I met Chant and he definitely lives up to his reputation as a trustworthy and experienced mechanic. He thoroughly troubleshot the issue and found it was an issue with the ground wire. He expertly repaired the electrical system of the truck’s air conditioning and after driving it for a week I can tell you that it working like it’s brand new. If you are in need of auto repair do NOT hesitate to contact Chant. Tell him Clarence sent you.”

“They typically work on 86/FRS/BRZs, but with the great reviews I figured I would reach out and see if they can help dial in the suspension on my 350Z. I've done everything on my car myself since I've gotten it, but with work getting so busy, I figured I'd give in and take it to a shop. Called and asked for a quote, agreed with the price and was able to take it in the following day. Got there and met Young, the owner, who was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Never pushed me to get any additional service that wasn't needed. He told me what he would do if he was the owner of the car and I agreed with what he suggested. Ended up getting my suspension dialed in, fenders trimmed a bit for clearance and an alignment. They finished the car the same day. Overall great customer service and I would for sure take my car back if I had anything else to do.”

“I recently purchased a Chevy Traverse from Carmax, and since I've purchased the car, I have had so many problems. It's clear to me that Carmax did not disclose to me the issues that the car had before it was sold to me and tried to cover up many of the mechanical issues that it had. Luckily Sierra Chevrolet has gone above and beyond to help me. It's already been in their service area three times and every time it's there they find something different that was not disclosed and they fix it for me. Recently, I discovered that my keys were not cut properly and the key had gotten stuck in the door and the door handle and lock was destroyed. GMC did not want to cover it under my warranty, but Sierra worked really hard for me to get this handle covered by the warranty, ordered the parts, and had it fixed for me at no cost. I am so grateful to John and Tonya, who have again gone above and beyond to help me make repairs on this car!”

I spoke to Luis over the phone who pretty much knew exactly what had happened before he even saw my car. I dropped it off and within a few hours, he had confirmed the diagnosis. He was very kind, professional, and even showed me exactly what the issue was with my car’s engine before he put it back together. If I ever have car trouble again, I will definitely be revisiting this place!”
