Family business, they were very friendly and Dustin communicated great, gave me a honest flat fee. Ashley was nice and friendly towing me. Despite being busy, service was quick! Would EASILY recommend!”
“My Jeep was dropped off at the dealership June 17 and picked up September 20.
The 12v battery, EV battery, and a module were replaced. Took long because dealership was waiting on the approval of parts by the Star engineering department.
Dealership did keep me informed the whole time. Which I appreciate.
I know it was not their fault that it took 3 months to get my Jeep back, but the process of waiting on parts to be approved is ridiculous. Jeep Definitely needs to make changes to the way Star engineering does their approvals. I give star engineering 0 stars.
The only disappointing part from the dealership was when I received my Vehicle. Because of the time it took, You would think they would try and keep me happy. My car looked like it was washed really quick, EV battery was not charged, and my car had a quarter tank of gas.”
“I hate having to go to the body shop, but when I do, I only go to Ferrari Bros. This is run by the team that ran Marco’s South Pasadena years ago, before it was sold. That place was legendary for top notch work, and the experience now continues at Ferrari Bros. They only use OEM parts and their focus on high quality work and customer service is second to none. They guarantee their work for life and if you spot anything wrong (which is rare), they will make it right. This is an easy “I highly recommend them”, five star review.”

They were detail oriented, kept me in the loop often, and have been super accommodating for some of my follow up visits to get everything fine tuned. Best Toyota off-road shop in Southern California. I drove from South OC because of their reputation and I’m happy I did.”

“During a road trip to Southern California in a Lotus, the weld broke between the cat and the downstream pipe, leaving the muffler swinging loose and exhaust going in the wrong direction. Also it was extremely loud. Not wanting to miss more of a drive through Angels Crest, I was so happy I found Arturo Senior and Junior. They are super nice and do honest work and took me in despite not having reservations and some work ahead of me. . They didn't have experience on a Lotus but they carefully thought through issues like how to get the car up safely, how to remove the diffusor, and of course, how to repair and reinforce the weld to assure it doesn't come apart again. They saved the rest of my trip and I rejoined my drive group after missing only a few hours. Great job gentlemen! Thank you!”

“They typically work on 86/FRS/BRZs, but with the great reviews I figured I would reach out and see if they can help dial in the suspension on my 350Z. I've done everything on my car myself since I've gotten it, but with work getting so busy, I figured I'd give in and take it to a shop. Called and asked for a quote, agreed with the price and was able to take it in the following day. Got there and met Young, the owner, who was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Never pushed me to get any additional service that wasn't needed. He told me what he would do if he was the owner of the car and I agreed with what he suggested. Ended up getting my suspension dialed in, fenders trimmed a bit for clearance and an alignment. They finished the car the same day. Overall great customer service and I would for sure take my car back if I had anything else to do.”

“This is a place that is highly recommended!! I am from LA, and aost 90% of mechanics are not always the most straightforward, especially if you are a female. It's true. I do know a little bit of basics due to my bad experience in car troubles. But Luis is such a professional, honest person. I really found a good mechanic that will do a thorough diagnostic. I am glad he was able to find the issue with my breaks and belt in the vehicle. My little old car had the service it really needed. It drives very well, and I am happy and safer. The value of service was very reasonable.”
“I recently purchased a Chevy Traverse from Carmax, and since I've purchased the car, I have had so many problems. It's clear to me that Carmax did not disclose to me the issues that the car had before it was sold to me and tried to cover up many of the mechanical issues that it had. Luckily Sierra Chevrolet has gone above and beyond to help me. It's already been in their service area three times and every time it's there they find something different that was not disclosed and they fix it for me. Recently, I discovered that my keys were not cut properly and the key had gotten stuck in the door and the door handle and lock was destroyed. GMC did not want to cover it under my warranty, but Sierra worked really hard for me to get this handle covered by the warranty, ordered the parts, and had it fixed for me at no cost. I am so grateful to John and Tonya, who have again gone above and beyond to help me make repairs on this car!”

I found this highly reviewed tire shop near me, and the owner repaired it perfectly. They charged much less than the shop in Arcadia. I honestly recommend this shop.”
