“Been banking here over 40 years. Customer service representatives have always been helpful especially during tough times. Today, they went above and beyond to help my mom of 86 years old. I can’t give details because it’s personal, but everyone is willing to work and pay attention to needs of customers. They were very patient as my mom slowly filled out paperwork. Thank you for your patience and respect to the elders, Citi in Monrovia!!!!”

“I like this Bank of America because its conveniently located in Monrovia on Myrtle. The parking is easy, the atms out front are easy to access. If you do go inside for banking services there sometimes can be a line. There is only 2 teller windows. This location was renovated it's super clean and nice. I like this location even if I need to wait in line.”
