The Macy’s at the Shops at Montebello is seriously one of my favorite places to shop! What makes it really unique is that there are actually two different Macy’s locations inside the mall — one is more of a home-focused store, and the other is the main Macy’s, which includes a Backstage section. One of the locations even has a Starbucks inside, which makes the whole shopping experience even better.
Both stores are spacious and well organized, with a huge selection of items, so you can really take your time and explore. They’re also always running great sales and deals.
I was able to find a beautiful gown for a YouTube movie partner premiere event that would normally cost close to $200, but thanks to their sales, I only paid $32 — such an amazing deal!
Whether you shop at the main Macy’s or the one with Backstage, you can find incredible bargains and stylish pieces. Definitely highly recommend stopping by if you’re at the Shops at Montebello!”
“COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. None of the staff wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour (duh). They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since it is located inside a mall. Lots of parking spots for you to choose from. Take your pick. However, the lot can get very full very easily and quickly.Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The store itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.”

“This is my 11th Ross within 24hours. Stil can't find that one dress but at this point I might as well give up. This Ross seems to have very nice staff at the fitting room. She let me take a look at the already worn items without being rude to me. :) There was a good selection of dresses, there was a lot on clearance so price is low. I happened to find one similar but not the same on clearance. It was the only one and not sure why it's on clearance so I got it for 7$.”

First one it was the day of my birthday and that girl ( ughh I wish I remembered her name) was literally a lifesaver ??? second experience which was recent I had a last minute notice about going to a wedding and the girl there (I also wish I remembered her name but if she’s reading this hey girl!
