“I'm surprised this place is still around. A lot of JCPenney's I know have closed down. This place was well organized and had a few sales going on.
They had the a/c pumping, which made it motivating to walk around and see what they had to offer. I didn't really interact with any workers. They were mostly busy helping other customers. I'm sure my mom or aunt would enjoy going here”
“They have a good selection was super upset I spent $40 in store for bra and got home and saw if I bought it online to pick up at store it was only$13.99 so I'll be back to return and buy online”
“Came here to Vans Montebello yesterday 10/25/25 and I had a great experience! And it's thanks to an amazing worker named Angel! Angel immediately greeted my friend and I when we walked him and gave me the best deals that they have. Helped me pick out great shirts that were on sale. Outstanding customer service. “COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. None of the staff wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour (duh). They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since it is located inside a mall. Lots of parking spots for you to choose from. Take your pick. However, the lot can get very full very easily and quickly.Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The store itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.”

Sometimes I be walking around different rows like a rat in a maze trying to find my size because they have various rows with two or more sizes on them. Please keep it Simple for us Customers to do our shopping and have a Pleasant experience. THANK U?”

“Woah! This is the prettiest Forever 21 I have ever seen! It was clean and modern looking; I could have sworn it opened like a week ago. Too bad not all Forever 21s look like this. Only the first floor was open, but the store had all the F21 departments, Womens, Active, Plus, Mens, Kids, Accessories, Shoes, etc.”

“This is my 11th Ross within 24hours. Stil can't find that one dress but at this point I might as well give up. This Ross seems to have very nice staff at the fitting room. She let me take a look at the already worn items without being rude to me. :) There was a good selection of dresses, there was a lot on clearance so price is low. I happened to find one similar but not the same on clearance. It was the only one and not sure why it's on clearance so I got it for 7$.”

“Amazing pieces here that are a little pricey but super elegant and unique. One of the only places around Montebello and San Gabriel valley that carries pin up and rockabilly stuff. It is super niche but you can get a good bang for your buck here. Great customer service as they do not crowd you but are friendly and welcoming.”
