“Victor is amazing! I called to change our delivery date. I thought I ordered a one piece box spring that looked square in the online photo, but he said it was only one box spring and we needed two for the California King size. That would have been one disastrous delivery nightmare! Victor canceled the original order, created a new order for the two box springs with our mattress, and even gave us free delivery and removal. He knew exactly what to do and we'll get our new bed on July 29. We couldn't be happier with his expertise, willing to go the extra mile, and his kindness. Thank you Victor!!!”

“I wanted to take some time to acknowledge Mattress Central for the amazing mattress shopping experience provided. I initially went to Mattress Central to check out the Wink Bed as I saw they on the Wink Bed website that this store had it on display. There, I met with Sev. Immediately, I was amazed by the selection of mattresses, including Tempur Pedic, Helix, Leesa, Airloom, Beauty Rest, and Saatva. I wish I would have came here sooner instead of driving to different stores to explore the different mattress options. Sev was informative on the different options and not pushy at all. After about two weeks, decided to proceed with buying the Helix Midnight Lux (1) and Helix Midnight Elite (2), as we really enjoyed these and were able to receive better pricing than anywhere else. Beds were delivered promptly and all household members have enjoyed the new mattresses. I highly encourage you to check out Mattress Central, especially for their selection and to compare pricing to other stores. At least give them a call if you don’t live nearby to explore what they can do for you. Thanks Sev and Mattress Central.”

“This is my first mattress that I’ve ever purchased. When I was initially introduced to this store, I was kind of skeptical at first. Perhaps I had this preconceived notion that any smaller mattress businesses might scam me into buying a cheap quality mattress for a really high markup price. Lo and behold, I was proven wrong. Daniel was extremely easy to work with, really knowledgeable even beyond just mattresses. He gave a very honest and genuine customer service, worked with my budget and what I was looking for from a bed, and hell, I got probably the best bed I could ask for and more from what I offered to pay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and come back.”
“I've been dealing with lower back pain ever since I had my first child, and I spend 8+ hours a day at my desk. I would spend most nights with a heat pad or ice pack on my back, and would fall asleep in pain. PT helped a little, but not much. So I went to Relax and the Back and talked to Aaron, who was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through a few different options, but it became abundantly clear that the LifeForm chair was going to be for me. It takes a few weeks for the chair to be made after you order it, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that after my first day sitting in my new chair at work, I felt like a new person. My back didn't hurt at all. And as I write this review, just about a month since I received my new chair, this has remained true. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever had. Hands down. Cannot recommend this store or LifeForm chairs highly enough.”

“As soon as I walked in the door I was politely greeted by the staff, not just one sales associate.
The Manager (Jason) was my salesman. Jason was friendly, professional, informative and patient. I knew what brand I was learning towards so Jason walked me through the difference different styles Purple had, from the price range to what style customers preferred. He gave me time to try them on for size, I felt like Goldilocks.
Once I finally decided on the style, Jason was placing my order and punching in the numbers he and the other two salesman were having a friendly conversation and were nice enough to bring me into their conversation. Considering I was the only female with 3 men in whole store that day, I felt safe and was like we were just all hanging out. I mention that because through past experiences that is very important to me.
The biggest takeaway for me is the adjustable base Jason introduced me to, absolute game changer; I no longer wake up with back pain, I'm sure the mattress has something to with it as well but I simply love the base.
Can't forget about the delivery guys - they were sooo patient, friendly and quickly installed the base and matress. They also carefully explained how to work the remote, nothing to it but I still appreciate it. I completely forgot to ask if they would take my old mattress so I appreciate them asking.
Needless to say - YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!”
