“Once again Mercedes Benz of Monterey came to my rescue. One of the important sensors in my car went out leaving me pretty much stranded. Through staffing shortages and the last minute nature of losing the use of my car they did the very best they could to help me out. Carrie and Eldon are the best, and Michael who checked me out in the end was very patient with my stress level that day.
In the end my car was diagnosed and repaired in the shortest amount of time possible and Eldon even discovered part of it was still covered under warranty.

“I can’t say enough good things about Calderon Brothers Tires. On my way to a wedding, I got a flat tire on the highway and was incredibly stressed out. By chance, I called this shop, and from the first phone call they told me they could help.
My car is a Golf R, which usually makes tire issues a huge hassle. But they made it happen. They reinstalled my tire, noticed that my rim was cracked, welded it on the spot, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Absolutely incredible.
Beyond the fast and skilled service, they were so patient and kind with me while I was clearly stressed. That kind of kindness means so much in a tough moment. And the price was great, too.

“Just had car towed from BMW dealership in Seaside to these guys for a second opinion. BMW ran their diagnostic check for $300 and tons of issues showed up. They sent me a bill that was absurd! Never really inspected the car to determine if the sensors going off were really an issue or not. Will never go back there again! C&C gave the correct diagnosis and are outstanding!!! Was about to buy a new car but now get to keep mine. Found my new shop though as a result of this so it was worth the headache! Highly recommend C&C??”

“On my way to car week and I had a blow out and destroyed my run flat - stuck on Highway 1 I called Monterey tire who referred me to Guy. I called him and he invited me to come right over - within an hour AAA had me in Guys hands.This is what service is all about - a friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. He checked out the car while getting me a new set of tires - and had me ready for the Concourso by the next day. BTW not only did he take care of my tires he buffed out a rub mark on the fender I got from the tow. I only wish he was closer to where I live so he could be my regular car Guy.Me and my 599 say - Thank you - thank you.”

“Dropped by after getting a puncture in our tire and needed to go back home on the same day (70 miles north). Unfortunately it was too far gone to repair and the shop didn't have a new tire, but a used one. However, after contacting the local dealership where we got our car from, turns out they had one in stock. The mechanic was concerned about our safety and didn't feel comfortable putting the runflat back on. I made a suggestion to borrow the used tire, get the new tire on, and bring the used one back and they accepted. Thanks for helping us get back on our way, and here is the proof that we returned the tire, hopefully it was still there.”

Came in for tires and oil and you need to prepay for the tires and then after you can schedule a service for installation and oil change service. The inside has a wide variety of car care products along with if you would rather do it yourself oil change since they have the quarts on the side. Called ahead to schedule a service was able to choose a date along with inputting the rewards number. Good to know if you have one! To keep track of all the points for rewards. They also back their service with warranty!”
