“The PSCU Concord Branch is so much more convenient at its current Willow Way location. Each and every time I have gone to this branch has been a pleasant experience. The employees who work there are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Recently I went in to wire a large sum of money to a financial institution in the EST time zone. I was running a little late and wasn’t sure if I was going to get the wire off in time to make the 4PM EST cutoff time. Branch Manager - Robin worked promptly and efficiently to get the wire off in time. PSCU has been a great banking institution for our family for 30+ years!”

“Patelco is the best Credit Union and personal bank you can find! They do an excellent job of protecting your digital transactions. Best customer experience of any bank I've used in the past 30 years. They also have a top notch fraud investigating team. I recent had my card number stole while shopping at a small SF retail shop. By the time I got back to my car, Patelco was calling to alert me that same card was trying to purchase an iPhone 14 and the SF Apple store. Thank God for the good folks at Patelco! “I've had nothing but great service with this branch. My account was hacked - not due their fault - and they were able to get me hooked up with a new account that same day. Everything went very smoothly. My ONLY issue is their hours. Anytime I want to go into the office, I have to take an hour from work. I wish they would have at least one day a week where they were open until 5 pm. Maybe adjust their hours to be from 10 am - 5 pm. That would be very helpful.”
