“Love this place! However, today, "Sorry about that," was the response when I inquired about recycling paint. The firm is listed as one of three places in Morgan HIll that will recycle paint. According to my telephone call to determine how the paint is to be delivered, I learned that the firm does not. Disappointing, but will not stop me from shopping there.”

“I wanted to take a moment to point out Latrese (apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly) but I went out yesterday at 6a to find the crazy TikTok tree. She helped me, the tree wasn't received yet. There's limited stock, everywhere! But her customer service was beyond what I was expecting. She said once the tree was received she will give me a call to hold it of me before she puts it on the floor. Next morning BOOM, I get a call. She kept her word and I'm so appreciative of that. I'm pregnant. I wanted to get THE tree before baby comes because cmon my husband won't decorate after the baby comes for me. Fortunately I found one and they saved one for me for an hour at Campbell location. But I'm writing this review as I'm having contractions, so thank you Latrese.”
“It’s a Home Depot. If you’re here, it’s for the convenient hours and location and nothing else. I hate the pivot to 90% checkout using PoS terminals that don’t allow tap-to-pay and frequently error out in any case. As much as dislike the overly attached “can I help you?” from each and every employee at Ace hardware stores, Home Depot by contrast could volunteer to help (or look more approachable at least) a bit more often.”

“Everyone at Ace Hardware & Johnson Garden are always very helpful and friendly. I enjoy shopping at stores that have plenty of help, so I'm not searching isles for someone to help me find something. Always have what I need and if not, associates suggest alternatives. Still feels like small town Morgan Hill when I'm there.”
