“I went over from from home as a walk in, encountered the automated check in system who stated all available appointments for the day were full. While looking at my phone to find an open appointment, an employee came out and called my name. The automation was following a program while the human recognized she could fit me in between appointments. Outstanding customer service from that employee.”

“I booked an appointment, but when I got there, there was no appointment in the check in system. I was still able to be seen, but I don’t understand why that happened.
One great thing to note…. I got a very experienced phlebotomist & for the first time in years, this person was able to find a vein in my arm on the first try. Other places I have been to ALWAYS poke me more than once and ALWAYS end up taking blood from the top of my hand instead which hurts more… I’m impressed.”
