“This is still the ultimate place to find a good deal of modern shoes. Of course don't expect long-lasting super quality but rather the right foot wear for the current season.”

“This is a well stocked and fun store to shop. All of the salespeople are great. But Berenice is especially friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond! She's a real asset to this store.”

“They have lots of shoe options for a good price. The current deal is 2 pairs for $89. That’s great if you want 2 pairs. Not so much for the people that want 1. It would be nice if they gave better prices for a single pair.”

“My preferred shop for partywear & formals. Today I went for getting trousers for work, I was immediately offered help by Ms. Sue! She is amazing, very knowledgeable about her selections. She narrowed it down according to my preference and made it a fun, fast and easy experience! Highly recommended Sue if u want to save time..”

“This store off near the corner next to Champion has some really good deals. Also surprisingly the salespersons (two ladies) were helpful and went out of their way to help us get the correct sizes. My wife and I were happy and walked out with four pairs of shoes despite not really planning to buy anything.”
681 Leavesley Rd #200, Gilroy CA 95020
“Good variety. Bought two pairs. Customer service is lacking. Nobody came up to ask if help is needed. At the Gilroy Premium Outlets, outlet stores' customer service should stand out from department stores. Not here. I may have bought another pair because the box was hard to reach; my motivation waned having no friendly associate nearby.”
8300 Camino Arroyo, Gilroy CA 95020
“The entire staff is truly exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you need and that you're getting the best deals possible. Whether it's helping track down the right size, checking for extra discounts, or just offering friendly advice, their customer service is top-notch. The store itself is very clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. It’s always a pleasure to visit, and I consistently walk away impressed by how helpful and attentive the team is. If you're in the area, this location is a must-visit for any Adidas fan!”

“Had a great experience here. When you walk in you instantly want to say wow at how many beautiful dresses there are. My daughter and I came here looking for a prom dress and the ladies here were very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and brought down dresses off the high wall for my daughter to try on. We were very impressed with the selection. We ended up buying a beautiful blue dress and it was a bit pricey, but well worth it. Rosie, the owner, is a very nice woman and she did an excellent job altering the dress for my daughter, it came out perfectly. We are very happy we found this store and will definitely be going back in the future. We will go back for alterations as well. It's a lovely store.”

“Stopped by Work World at Camino Arroyo in Gilroy to pick up some work pants — specifically the BN3334-M in brown — and they had exactly what I needed. The store’s not huge, but it’s super organized and easy to browse. Staff were really friendly, helpful, and knew their inventory well, which made things smooth. Honestly, one of the better experiences I’ve had shopping for work gear. If you’re looking for solid workwear without the hassle, this is the place.”

“Had a great experience tonight. The entire staff. 1/21/26. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and helped. Then Bianca went above and beyond to help us find just the right stuff, searching online and later finding the last pair in the back. Even at the end when they were closing, we were their last customers and they all stayed patient and helpful. Great job to the crew and I hope their management gets a chance to see this review. Keep it up!”

“If you've never owned a pair of ECCO's, you need to. They are, hands down, the best shoes, boots, sandals, etc. It's like having luxury gloves on your feet. Many decades ago, I got my first pair of ECCO boots at a high end shoe store in downtown Los Gatos (since closed). These boots got me up and down Halfdome, comfortably, a dozen times and many hundreds of miles of backpacking, hunting deer (futile efforts), camping (boot melting opportunities), and many other escapades. They have like a polyurethane material for the soles, like riding a skateboard on a magic carpet. Have since bought more ECCOs in Los Gatos, Denmark, Poland, etc. Having a store in Gilroy is probably not going to be good for me. 50% off? Holy shot I got like 6 pairs of shoes, boots and sandals this week. Service was great, even coming into the close at 7pm they were helpful. Great to know this store is here. Get some ECCOs! PS: I do not work for ECCO and receive no compensation or anything for this review.”

“Went in looking for a pair of crocs. The person who waited on me was very helpful. Sadly they don't make the color croc that I needed for my great grandson in his size. Will have to wait until his feet grow to size 11c.”
