Chloe assisted me with the package, and patiently she attended me for the whole time.
It was busy during the time I was there.
I give the ups store a good review because they all go out of the way and the hard work cos attending the customer keep it up with the nice attitude and excellent customer service.”

This mailing store is a gem in the heart of Claremont Village! Nestled between unique shops, it’s bright, clean, and offers more than just mailing services. The customer service is top-notch—friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile.
I recently opened a private mailbox here because their prices are fair, and the team made the process seamless. As a local realtor, I’ve also started using their printing services for my marketing materials, and the quality has been excellent. It’s so refreshing to support a small business that truly values its customers.
What’s even better? The USPS store is just one door down, and the service there is terrible! I’m so grateful to have a better option right next door. Highly recommend this place for all your mailing and printing needs!”
“I have used Claremont Heights Postal Center for two years. They are wonderful. They are always upbeat and positive, and they have never lost one of my packages. If I am out of town I don't have to worry about packages getting stolen from my porch at home. It is great to have so many services from one place. Also, the selection of cards for all occasions is impressive.”

“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”

My hazmat appt was scheduled for tuesday but I was in the area and stopped to see if could do it a day earlier, they were more then accommodating. There were two people in front of me but they still worked me in and by time my turn came was quick.”

“I didn’t realize a family member sent us a huge package. I was carrying my baby and the man working behind the counter helped me to my car. He stated he wasn’t supposed to do that but he did it anyway and even said “Merry Christmas” after. Absolutely wonderful neighborly customer service even during the holiday season.”

“Been coming here for about two years now and use them for sending packages out, notarizing and holding packages so they don’t get stolen from my doorstep while I’m away. I use them probably 1-2 times a month and have never had a qualm. Parking is kind of tight and can be a pain sometimes but it’s not a deal breaker.”
“I am responding to the several selfish, unthoughtful negative reviews posted recently. I have come to this post office for more than 20 years, beginning from the time I was a student at the nearby colleges. I have noticed how USPS head office have steadily reduced the staff, services, and capabilities here while the number of customers has remained the same or grown. Head Office has set up this post office and hundreds more like it to fail. Your unthoughtful complaints are not helping. Meanwhile, staff here struggle valiantly on. I thank them for doing their best in spite of conditions beyond their control. May I recommend before you slam the staff here that you consider writing first to USPS Washington DC and your representatives. Thank you.”
“I stopped here two days before Christmas to deliver a FedEx package overnight and it was a very good experience. The young woman working at the counter was helpful and efficient. They had everything I needed and even let me use some tape for my box. There are a lot of negative reviews by cheapskates that don't want to pay one dollar for the convenience of dropping off a package here as opposed to waiting in line at the US post office. I thought the inside of this business was very clean very pleasant and I liked all the pictures of California memorabilia on the wall.”
“You have to have a printed label to do a drop off at this UPS. If it is in the original packaging and you have a QR Code for return that's not acceptable. I suggest calling the Michael's store before you drop off a UPS package for Amazon return here.”

Nice respite on way to hiking trail at Icehouse Canyon (be sure to get your permit at US Forestry) on the left hand side---north of this location.”
