I saw them outside and they promptly took out the door and fixed it, no questions asked! They are the best!!!!!”

I have never lived in any shared housing facility where the apartment workforce, in this case Mae, Alexa, the maintenance supervisor and maintenance persons assigned to my building, treat you like family. Whenever I have a complex situation, the staff addresses the concern with comprehensive problem-solving, utilizing all of the appropriate resources to find efficient and effective solutions to my concerns. I work in a profession where exemplary customer service is paramount to the profession's mission. I can say that customer services at the Eaves in Mountain View on Middlefield is top-notch. I want to thank the staff for providing me with a domicile that is safe, comfortable, peaceful, and so convenient.”

“As a resident of Palo Alto Plaza, I can confidently say it's an excellent place to live, especially if you value location and convenience. You simply can't beat being able to walk to literally everything – from your morning coffee to fantastic dinner spots and all the shops you could want.

The complex itself is beautifully maintained; the grounds are always immaculate, and it truly feels like a peaceful oasis. While it's an established building, any minor issues that pop up are handled quickly and efficiently by responsive management. Having a pool and fitness center on-site is a huge bonus, making it easy to unwind or stay active without leaving home.

Yes, it's Palo Alto, so the rent reflects that, but for the unbeatable location, the attentive management, and the overall quality of life here, it's truly a standout option. It's a place where comfort meets unparalleled accessibility.”

As others have pointed out, Ray on the maintenance team keeps this place running smooth! He's always prompt, professional, kind and friendly. He will fix whatever problem has presented itself AND take the time to say hi to your dog. Things malfunction, it's a normal part of a home. But Ray gets things back to working order quickly- even if it's a weekend. I can't imagine this place without him here!

Despite others' complaints, the rent here seems on par for the area. It was sort of mid-range when we moved in. Spacious storage wise and parking wise. Our unit was renovated before we moved in and it has held up relatively well. We had a small number of ants once. The complex has pest control here weekly anyway and they came by and took care of it the next day. Haven't seen an ant since.

The noise of renovations around the complex can be loud especially if you're near one of the large dumpsters they fill and empty almost daily. There's also debris around these dumpsters constantly (broken glass etc) But it is something we were warned about before moving in. They tried to start tossing things into the dumpster around 7am one weekend but all it took was me standing in my doorway, telling them it was too early and they left.

Our catalytic converter was stolen from our spot in the parking lot over night once but I know that's a common thing. If packages are left outside the mailbox they will be stolen. The mailboxes themselves have been broken into a couple times too. But Justin at the leasing office holds packages for us now! He'll also come pick up a package from your door and hold onto it for you if you're away. Super friendly guy. Always around to answer questions and help out. We did install home security cameras etc for peace of mind but I dunno, I think that's just par for being in the bay. We've felt generally pretty safe here. I think it might have something to do with our unit being further away from El Camino and more nestled into the subdivision, but who knows.

The neighbours & staff are friendly, there's a nice park nearby, the place is very dog friendly (except no pets allowed in the common area which kind of sucks...) but it's close to work and the climbing gym.. if we've gotta be in the bay this place is good enough for us.”

“5 days ago, I moved into a nice studio apartment. The grounds were clean and secure. The staff members, Daysy, Dan. Betina, and TJ were all very friendly helpful ,and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to lounging by the pool and grilling some great meals on the large gas grills in the pool area. Im very glad my dog likes it here too.”

One of the standout features for me is the community atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any concerns. The amenities are excellent, especially the pool area, which is a great spot to unwind.
Location-wise, I couldn’t ask for more. Being close to downtown Mountain View means I have easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport, which is a big plus.

Overall, living at Park Place has been a positive experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant community in a prime location.”

Bridget went above and beyond to assist with a very rushed transfer and move-in process. She was professional, kind, and incredibly responsive throughout. “I have been living in Del Medio Apartments for more than 10 years, and we were delighted to call it home. Apartment size is amazingly spacious for the price. We really enjoyed the convenient pool which is surrounded by comfortable seating. The neighborhood is really nice, location is super convenient, and there is enough guest parking.Management is personable & friendly. Maintenance staff always completed work orders in a timely manner! They trim the trees and plants regularly.The overall living experience is pretty good. While we are sad to move into our newly bought home, we’re happy to have lived in such an amazing community!”

“Pros:- Ramiro is professional and honest. He responds to problems with the apartment quickly, and explains things thoroughly and simply. His office is onsite Mon-Fri. Apparently he’s also a DJ.- Within easy walking distance of CVS and many grocery stores and neighborhood parks. The nearest laundromat is a very short drive.- Has a pool. I have never seen anyone use it.- The facilities are well maintained, owing to Ramiro's attentiveness.- They are pretty honest. I accidentally overpaid one of my last months’ rent, but they refunded me.- Located near many company workplaces.Cons:- Walls are very thin. You can hear much of what the neighbors say or do, and I assume they may hear you too.- Part of the sidewalk on Rich Ave is broken by the lawn and garden, inconveniencing walkers.- When driving you cannot take a left turn on El Camino Real to enter Rich Ave. So you have to go to the intersection and make a U-turn, which is annoying. To leave Rich Ave, you can only turn right. It’s a minor inconvenience.”

“This is not just a place to live, it is a home for us for nearly three years. We adore our corner townhome. Where we are situated , we have cross breezes throughout the home and the entire floor plan impressed us. The abundant closet space and generously sized bedrooms were a huge plus.

But what truly stole our hearts were the lush green surroundings. The landscaping felt more like a private park than apartment grounds, offering a welcome escape from the typical apartment complex feel.
The walkways are beautiful throughout the complex and surrounded by green grass. so you almost forget you’re in a huge residential area. The community rooms are tastefully designed, well-maintained and functional. Package receiving is a breeze with the on-site lockers. The pools and jacuzzis are well maintained everyday.

The maintenance crew has been exceedingly responsive and helpful every time they have been out. All the staff here have been so friendly and eager to help. Ultimately, this place fits or exceeds our needs at a fair price, and we’re very happy to call Central Park at Whisman station home.”

“This review is for the amazing service I received from Tony Ortiz ! This morning I found our water in our toilet has stopped working.I went immediately to the front desk and he happened to be there. Tony with his positive personality helped me right away with no hesitation, replaced the broken part within 5 minutes and voila the toilet was good as new. Later on my wife found out the bulb in our refrigerator no longer was working, it turned out the circuit breaker needed to be restarted, again he came in, opened the circuit box and got that working in no time -- what a service! Kudos to Tony, he deserves a raise!!”
