“I never write reviews but Michael was exceptional so I wanted to write about my experience here!Michael was extremely thorough and has a very kind demeanor (something I haven’t encountered much with mechanics). His pre purchase inspection saved me from buying a car with lots of invisible issues that I couldn't tell from test driving it. No pressure to do any services at his shop and very transparent throughout the process. Price was very fair too, half of what others were charging, and no upselling to get work done at his shop specifically. He even looked up an estimate for the specific issue on the car to give me an idea of the cost of the repair all without pressuring me to have the fix done at his shop. Very professional and honest 10/10 service. I'll be back when I'm in the area again.”

“I had a great first experience here! Elliot is knowledgeable and personable. He had great rapport with all customers. I overheard him tell a customer that he performed an additional service at no charge, just for good measure. He seems to really care about the integrity of his work. Another example, I had given up on mentioning that my emergency brake gets sticky, as the dealership has never been able to do anything about it. “Dennis is a mechanic I trust 100%, and his work is always excellent with reasonable pricing. I’ve been looking for a mechanic like him my whole life. I come from a big family with a LOT of different cars (each with their own set of issues), so I’ve seen many different mechanics over the years. Unfortunately, not all of those experiences were positive. It’s really hard to find someone reliable and consistent with delivering high levels of quality.
Dennis has always been honest on what needs to be done with my car and never tried to pressure/upsell me on something not in my best interest, which can be rare to find in a mechanic. Dennis is also a genuinely nice person. Plus, I recently got my car tinted through his shop, and the tint job is awesome quality with real attention to detail. Thank you so much!”

“Joe helped me with my engine rebuild on my 1970 VW autostick. With constant delays from the paint shop and then moving it to a new paint shop my beautiful rebuilt engine was waiting. Joe hand turned the engine until my newly painted car arrived. Joe was in constant contact with me with what it needed and recommendations. Then the day came and he started her up. “I took my 2005 GMC sierra 2500 to custom alignment for what I believed to be an alignment need. They were able to get me in on a Monday morning, shortly after I called. After test driving it and a diagnostic check, my primary issue was my front brakes, while my truck was there I also had it aligned. Alan and his team gave me a thorough assessment, a timely and reasonable repair rate and had impeccable communication along the way. I will definitely be using them again.

Given this is our only method of transportation, I was very concerned with how long the repairs would leave us sans-car (especially because my last experience with a different shop took over 2 months).Needless to say, I'll be visiting Dave again.
