“These guys are amazing. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and I couldn't get it to turn on. Left it with Letif and they ordered the screen to be shipped overnight. There were some delays, but not their fault. Even though the part arrived close to closing, they prioritized the repair and got the phone back to me within a hour. Once I got in my car the phone stopped working, so I went back and they literally did surgery on my phone for almost a hour after closing time. They told me that there was more damage within than just the screen and that I might need a new phone, but if I do they will refund the screen and even gave me suggestions on how to go home and save all my info. They never made me feel dumb or silly for not knowing tech stuff and were very honest with me about everything. Can't recommend enough.”
“I was helped by Cesar, who was friendly, informative, and I couldn't help but notice the other employees at the time also doing a hell of a job helping a customer with what seemed like a complicated battery issue. Came to pick up phone, and it was as good as new.

“Recently I took my phone in due to a malicious virus attack. Chris Booth got rid of the virus and with my o.k., installed an anti-virus program (one that he said Click-Away uses on their own computers). I also ordered a new Dell laptop as the prices at Click-Away are competitive with Amazon and Best Buy; and if you want, after they will set it up and transfer your files and programs from your old computer to the new one, they do sell a plan for their services. This is good if you are not tech-saavy particularly or if you have no time to get problems solved using other companies. Chris was excellent, and though there were a couiple of glitches, he worked through them and was 100% responsive to my computer needs.”
“I got into a real jam that ClickAway got me out of. Spend way to much money to build my 2 kids gaming PC's for Xmas. One of them fire up and worked perfectly. The other one wanted to keep resetting randomly. This was beyond my skillset so I called Trang Dinh at ClickAway and explained my pickle. Mind you this is 4 days before Xmas. She told me to bring it and she would get to work on it immediately. The issue took some time to track down and it turned out to be a faulty motherboard. Trang let me know that she felt the power supply and the Mb should both be changed out. I rushed replacements from Amazon which arrived on Xmas eve. Spent all night rebuilding the PC. Very relived and happy to report that Trang's troubleshooting was spot on. New MB and power supply worked perfectly and Dad was able to look like a superstar to both my kids as I delivered working gaming PC's. Both PC's have been in heavy use since Xmas with zero faults.
Trang literally save Xmas in my house this year. Cant thank her enough. She charged me a very fair price for the work rendered. She was very engaging and communicative throughout the entire process.

“Thank you for the truly amazing experience. I feel so fortunate to have met the owners. They welcomed me in on their day off and aided me with my defective cassette player. Not only did they help me untangle the tape that was stuck in it, they also told me exactly what was wrong with the player and allowed me to listen to music in their shop. It was a truly great experience that was bolstered by very knowledgeable, caring people. You can tell at the forefront of their heart is music, which is exactly what you would want in a shop specializing in such a service. This service was done free of charge, so I will be sure to spread the good word of music!”

“Went there to repair my Bose subwoofer. Apparently its common for these models to short one of their diode. I did my homework researching about the issue and opening the speaker to access the board.The guy helping me out was quick to take my inputs and was able to rootcause in under 5 mins, and fix the diode in under 10 mins. Charged were reasonable.”
“Very friendly and helpful. My Bluetooth went out and AT&T wouldn't even look at my phone. But fast repair fixed it and didn't even charge me. It turned out to be operator error.”
