So I visited the place for my first ever storage rental and decided to rent a unit right away. The place is neatly organized, with the help of the property manager Destiny, I found a perfect unit! “Very kind and professional staff. I highly recommend this facility! Rental rates aren't a bargain but def. competitive: this is smack dab in the heart of Sili Valley, after all. Pretty much Ground Zero one could say and ain't nothing cheap hereabouts. North a few miles is Meta hq, south is Apple and right across the freeway is Alphabet oh joy. Ask about a move-in discount for the initial month or so. They are dog-friendly lol...”
“My partner and I have had a storage unit here since 2014 I believe, and we have never had any issues here. I believe the only thing that sort of bugged us recently, though I don't necessarily think it's through any fault of the management, is just that we were finding some rat droppings in our unit. Nothing excessive, and luckily none of our stuff was damaged we only found the droppings but the management company responded really quickly with putting rat traps or poison I believe in the hallways in the units and various other places on the property. So it really felt like we were having this issue and they immediately took action which I appreciated. When we first got a unit here we actually got a manager special so we got a really good deal on our unit and even when a new management company took over they still honored that price which we were really grateful for. we currently live in San Jose but because of the manager special price that we have here we really don't wanna go anywhere else and we never have any issues here. Every time we go here the grounds are well-kept, there seems to be staff available for any inquiries at any given time, and it's hassle free just entering the code and the gate opens and you handle whatever business you need and then leave. They open I believe at 7 AM and close at 7 PM and we always plan our trips here accordingly. Overall no issues!”

“Easy and relatively fast for my part-day rental.
However there is a Mileage Charge and also need to Refuel or else pay an additional Fuel Charge.
I had a short rental but the roughly $0.80 per mile (and more on larger trucks) exceeded the daily rental charge. Fuel and Mileage Charges were excessive in my view.”
