“Purchased a 2012 carrera s from Responce motors recently
Car was beautiful
Received the car and unfortunately I had transmission trouble immediately
Through the process of a local state inspection at a Porsche dealer I was told the transmission probably needed replaced
I followed up with response motors
After some back and forth conversation we agreed to ship the car back to their location and they hired br racing to address the problem
Turns out br racing rebuilt the transmission
Got the car back after a month or so and I must say the car is runs absolutely amazing now
The work performed was incredible
I can’t thank Responce motors enough and br racing for a getting the car back to perfect operating condition

I have traded multiple vehicles with them and recently went back to buy a used vehicle from them. Patricio Lopez IS THE MAN. He is an extremely knowledgeable salesperson with the technical background (due to his mechanical skills). You need to go to him if you like a vehicle they are offering or if you want to sell them a car or trade some vehicle. Patricio takes care of you like a dear friend, well, everyone at that dealership is like that....maybe it has to do with the water they are drinking there, everyone is too nice ! Not all dealerships are out there to scam you.

Go to Toyota Sunnyvale if you are in the market for new/used/trade mood. Patricio is so well versed with his craft that multiple interns/new emps shadowed him throughout our deal and spoke highly about him (to me in private), he is extremely patient, friendly,aware of the state laws, local taxes and what not, I cannot even list everything. He is prompt, very upfront and helpful. Such people in Sales facing customers are what is needed in the auto industry, he exemplifies professionalism and collaboration. You will feel at home when you go to Toyota Sunnyvale....this place is like the Shire....everyone has a happy co-existence. Lovely to see that, there is music playing in the background, bright wall to wall glass windows bring in natural light, employees looks happy and content.

I am very satisfied with my multiple deals with them and will be back for another trade some day. Thank you Patricio, and the leadership at Toyota Sunnyvale. Their prices are so reasonable that you do not really need to negotiate.

Shout Out to various members of the staff that greet you with a cheerful smile including the newest employee (Indian guy, Adi/Aditya, iirc) who said this is the best place he has worked in the auto industry. What a testament to the leadership of TS for fostering a culture of mentorship and not dog-eat-dog mentality.

It is now November 10, 2025. It has been 63 days since purchase and we have not received a transfer of title.

California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) requires that the owner must submit the title transfer for a vehicle within 10 calendar days of the purchase/sale date. 

Once the DMV receives the paperwork, it typically takes around 15 to 30 days for the new title to arrive in the mail.

According to DMV the vehicle has a lien. We need this cleared.

Mike M. is the nicest most cheerful guy you'll ever meet and made the entire experience of selling my car to Stevens Creek Mazda straightforward and painless. Mike maintained excellent communication, reaching out first that they were interested in purchasing my car, and keeping in touch while I prepared my car for sale. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, making the entire process feel effortless.

The paperwork was simple and quick, even though he let me know that they are in the process of streamlining the used car acquisition process. Expect this process to be even smoother in the future, which is high praise considering it took less than an hour and a half to sell the car. They gave top dollar for my car and made us feel at ease and well taken care of the entire time we were there.
