I sold both of my cars to Ronnie, and the whole process was very smooth and hassle-free. Ronnie was very helpful and flexible and took care of almost all of the paperwork, which made things really easy for me.

I've bought **two cars** from ALL USA Motors, and Jose, the owner, is hands-down the nicest car dealer you'll ever meet. His prices are fair, and he's gone above and beyond by replacing small things for **free**—spark plugs on my first car and a headlight bulb on the second—without me even asking. I just knew I could trust him and came to ask prices.
If you tell Jose the specific car you want, he'll make it happen. After my first Fusion Hybrid was totaled and insurance paid out, I left the country on vacation. I simply mentioned I needed another Ford Fusion Hybrid, and by the time I returned, he had **exactly** what I wanted waiting for me. I couldn't believe it.
It's rare to find someone this honest and trustworthy in the car business, but Jose sets the standard for how all dealers and small business owners should treat their customers. He'll be my go-to car guy as long as I live in San Jose.

“I want to give a special recognition to Jorge and Mike at the Chevrolet Service Center.
I brought my truck in this week because I was having an issue with the key fob. Unfortunately, my first interaction with another employee was disappointing. Before even taking the time to properly check my truck, the conversation immediately became about costs. His tone and attitude, including rolling his eyes, made me feel uncomfortable and discouraged.
As I was walking out, I noticed Jorge, the supervisor, in his office. I honestly felt embarrassed having to ask for a supervisor, but I couldn’t go home without trying to get the issue resolved.
I’m so grateful I spoke with him. Jorge didn’t hesitate for a second to help me. He took his time, personally drove and checked my truck, listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond using his experience to figure out what was happening. With the help of Mike, who handled the mechanical side, they were able to identify and fix the issue.
Both Jorge and Mike were professional, attentive, patient, and genuinely kind. They completely turned around what had started as a frustrating experience.
It’s unfortunate that I had to reach out to a supervisor to receive that level of service, but I’m grateful that it led me to Jorge and Mike. They are an example of what great customer service should look like.

“Hi! First of all, I want to thank the entire team at Wholesale Auto Plaza for their professionalism, great customer service, and respectful attitude.
I actually waited a few months before leaving this review because I wanted to have enough time to evaluate both the vehicle and their after-sales service. Before making my purchase, I had read some of the negative reviews on Google, which honestly made me a little hesitant. However, my personal experience has been completely different.
One of the biggest reasons I chose Wholesale Auto Plaza was their pricing. I compared prices with several other dealerships, and the vehicle I purchased here was significantly more affordable than similar options elsewhere. Their pricing was very fair, and there were no unexpected or hidden charges added later.
I also want to mention something regarding their phone number. The first number I found through Google was incorrect, but when I went directly to their official website, I found the correct number and was able to contact them without any problem. When I visited the dealership, they explained to me that they had already tried several times to get the phone number corrected on Google, but unfortunately it had not been updated yet.
What impressed me even more was their after-sales service. They continued to be helpful and responsive even after the sale was completed. Everything was handled exactly as stated in my contract, my vehicle came with the warranty that was promised, and I was never charged anything beyond what we had agreed upon.
Now that several months have passed, I can confidently say that I am very happy with my purchase, the price I paid, the warranty, and the service I received. Based on my own experience, I honestly feel that some of the extremely negative reviews do not give a fair picture of this dealership.
