My family and I have had the pleasure of living at Vista Pointe over 2 years and in those 2 years our experience has been amazing, whenever we’ve had to have maintenance fix an issue it’s always been resolved the same day. Our family is growing and we have had to transfer to a bigger unit and both Brianna and Sharon have made the process as smooth as possible.”

“Nearing 5 years living here and still loving it! Feels like home even though it’s not a house. Property is beautiful and well kept. Staff is like family to me… just love them! Maintenance team are my heroes!!!! Quiet and secure. I feel safe here.”

“10/10!! We moved in for a short term lease. Pricing was fair. We moved from out of state. Krystal is a true gem for this company! She made our move so easy! She kept great communication, answered my hundreds of questions and just made me feel at ease with the transition. The grounds are always kept up nicely. Community is safe, property is quiet, tenants are very mindful. Pool area does not get crazy with parties during the summer (an issue I’ve experienced at other apartments). Lots of open parking if you have more than one vehicle. Maintenance team is great! Friendly and quick to resolve issues. Honestly hard to find any negatives. I saw someone post below about mail being broken into, didn’t happen during our six months there. Tbh I’ve toured multiple property’s before and after and this seems to be a common issue sadly. But again, we had no issues during our time here. Overall amazing property and I was honestly sad to leave. Oh, also, got majority of my deposit back. But also left the apartment in good condition. We will miss you guys, thank you for being amazing!”

We've been here just over five years, and in that time, Mandy (the property manager) has gone out of her way to not only quickly address any maintenance issues, but also take the time to get to know us. Also, shout out to Jerry (in charge of maintenance) for being so kind and professional. We've rented here all these years, thanks to this team!”

“We just signed a lease for a 2 bedroom here and even though we aren’t fully moved in yet the leasing office has been so friendly and supportive with this process. The community is absolutely lovely, you can tell that they take really good care of it. Can’t wait to be fully moved in next week and enjoy our new home!”

“I have lived here almost 10 years. Things break on occasion, and maintenance is on top of getting things taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff is great, they make sure that this community is safe and that everyone is happy. They have started doing more events around holidays for the kids , which is nice. If there is ever a problem they address it quickly.”

“Mitchell Place is a peaceful, clean, lovely place to live. Everyone employed by the owners is courteous, kind and professional - from the office staff, corporate management to the Maintenance staff, and pool cleaner.

Management went out of their way to assist me throughout the application/approval process and were very responsive. By the time I was done with the process they felt like friends.

I’ve only been here 30 days, but find the neighbors to also be cordial, quiet and respectful. I am sincerely grateful to have found this comfortable, safe, pleasant community.”

“I’m retired military and I’m downsizing from a house to a (more convenient/manageable) apartment/ condo… I was told about waterstone by a few vets so I came by on Sunday to tour and check it. The property is solid.. and the unit floor plans are pretty solid as well.. some things look dated but overall it’s very doable..

For as average/standard as the property and units are, the staff was not. Everyone I interacted w/ while visiting the property was friendly (to include a couple of tenants in passing in the leasing office)… I didn’t meet all of the staff but, Martha the leasing agent and tour guide was on point! She was professional the entire time and beyond patient as I asked her about a million questions before we even got to the model units. Lol. I toured 2 other local properties (arbors and crescent heights) over the weekend and neither of them made me feel as welcomed as Waterstone did.. like not even close.. and for that alone I have to give their customer service a nod and 5 stars.. Again this isn’t a rating for the property itself as it’s pretty standard/basic.. but their attitudes and approach to leasing…. Great!!”

“I felt I needed to write my own experience for Camden, because of all the mixed reviews I’ve been reading. First of all, Sheryse made moving in and transferring units A BREEZE. She is very professional, kind, and gets back to me asap when I reach out via text or email. I’ve seen the jacuzzi closed once for maintenance, and it wasn’t an unreasonable amount of time. There’s kids constantly playing in the park area / riding their bikes and interacting with one another - it’s very sweet to see. The only issue my honey and I have had involves the dog waste left on the grass areas, but that falls on the owner not the front office. Issues that has risen are due to residents being lazy and not picking up after themselves. The employees work very hard here at Camden, whether it be the front office, online, or maintenance.”

“Moved in April 2020 and moved out Jan 2025 it was just getting to expensive for us. But the time we did live there it was good all maintenance issues were taken care of promptly. The apartment complex felt safe to me was never scared to go out at night. The manager was great and always helped us out when needed even after to move out. My baby loved going on walks around the complex and when they started having the taco truck there it was great. I loved that there were good stores nearby and even the movies always something to do.”
