“I took some things to the return desk today at Target California Oaks. When the young man scanned my receipt with his electronic gun device, the sound was so piercing I couldn't believe it. The employee said they are new guns and they are very loud and he doesn't know how to turn the volume down. Beware, if you value your hearing, to wear earplugs like I will next time. Truly, it was pretty bad.”

“Never thought I'd write a review for a 7/11 but the service here is insane. Came in and there was an immediate line. There were only 2 girls I could see working behind the counter but they were ON IT. They were moving so fast while also chatting with the people in line and greeting everyone that came in. It was amazing. To maintain such a phenomenal level of customer service while wildly busy is impressive. Keep up the good work!”
“I go to this 7-11 at least once a week everytime Ive gone in there, restrooms always clean (I've never been to a 7-11 that had clean and nice smelling restrooms as this location), there is fresh food on the rollers, condiments kept clean, coffee bar is clean, soda machines cleaned, cups stocked, The place looks like it's under a makeover, looking good whoever is in charge of this location, and the Car Wash well worth the $14/mo those of you complaining and giving 1 stars must be ARCO customers or employees. ? 1 star for such a great place with good customer service and cleanliness. My family and I stopped by on July 11, along with several other customers and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and excitement. The owner was enthusiastically handing out Slurpee cups by the slurpee machine to every customer, making everyone feel welcome and sharing in the fun of this annual tradition.
His wife, working behind the counter, was just as warm, friendly, and welcoming. Together, they created an atmosphere full of kindness, joy, and genuine appreciation for their customers. It was clear they were proud to participate in one of 7-Eleven’s most beloved traditions.
What impressed me most was how they treated every customer like a valued guest. Children, parents, and grandparents were all smiling, and the excitement in the store was contagious. The owner even graciously took a photo with our family, making the experience even more memorable.
In a time when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, this owner and his wife truly set the standard. They understand that Free Slurpee Day isn’t just about giving away a drink. It’s about creating memories, building community, and making people feel welcome.

“I come here frequently because it is right down the road from my house - don't get me wrong, I know the employees deal with tons of different people throughout the day and I'm sure it gets pretty hectic in there.. however, the employees can be extremely RUDE *(ESPECIALLY the woman who wears a name tag that says Baby)* sometimes they don't even bother to ACKNOWLEDGE, LOOK or SPEAK to you while you're literally standing right in front of them at the register. They are always in such a rush when checking people out that they don't even take the time to hear me say that I have 2 SEPARATE ORDERS (drinks and then gas) - I love 7-Eleven and I will go out of my way to find one because they are the ONLY PLACE that has the best prices for my drinks 👌🏼 but the employees at this location really need to work on their customer service ASAP!!!”
