“For some reason their system wasn't accepting payment via 7-eleven wallet. It applied discounts and such, but perhaps they aren't set up to accept payments?
They also would not accept online manufacturer coupons. ?
Other than that, it is a clean store, well stocked and well maintained.
This is one of their gas station locations, so this is a great place to go to fill up the tank and restock the essentials for a road trip.”

“I would like to commend the exceptional service I received from Alex at the MetroPCS located on Lakeshore Dr in Lake Elsinore. I'm a long time MetroPCS customer, and I've been visiting this location for several years now, but my most recent interaction with him was the best experience I've ever at a phone place. He was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to fully understand my situation and what I was trying to accomplish and he offered me the BEST solution possible! I couldn't be happier! He probably took like 2 extra mins to come up with a game plan that made it possible for me & my husband to both get a great deal and both get new upgraded phones. And honestly him doing that made all the difference.
