I figure it's better than taking the risk with some of these companies that are having issues lately! I took back my Parina that I had for back up. I like that you can get your dog food from here and they keep an eye on what is being recalled.”

“Good service is above average. Kimber was amazing and we are happy customers. She saved the image of the service at Tractor Supply as we had less than a good experience at the Temecula store. Kimber reached out to yet another store in Hemet to help us find the trailer and riding mower we were looking for. Temecula lost out on 5k+ sale. And while Hemet will get the sale because they had it in stock and Murrieta did not, l think Kimber should get the credit for the sale. Kimber definitely deserves all the praise for saving our opinions about Tractor Supply. ALL Temecula store employees could use training from Kimber on how to speak to customers and keep customers. What she did in Murrieta, Temecula could have done but did not. Thank you Kimber Tractor Supply is fortunate to have you as an employee.”

“I have been trying for months to get my pup, Bravo, in for a grooming. I tried doggie salons and mobile groomers. Many didn't even bother to call me back. Everyone else said they were booked for months. Then I talked to Helen. She said she was booked for at least a month. My little guy is a Mini~Schnauzer and was a mess. Matted and really "wooly" fur. Helen told me that she would call me if she had a cancellation. Within days, she called and Bravo and I showed up bright and early. Bravo does have a bit of separation anxiety so I was worried about how he would react. He did great and I have a very happy, well-groomed pup. I booked my next appointment on the spot and truly believe that I have found "my place". They definitely proved to be worth the wait. Happy pup and happy "mom". Good job and great people.”

“After being reluctant to do training classes through a retail store, we noticed they were holding a promotion for training evaluations and decided to look into it. We got in contact with Eileen T who has been the biggest blessing to us in our new lifestyle with our rescued dog. We've gone through three training courses all with her and my dog continues to excel in her learning and most of all behavioral issues!! Eileen helped us to understand how to read dog body language and how to create a positive environment around training to make the dog want to listen to us. We can always look forward to a training session with Eileen and the wonderful energy she brings to each day! My dog certainly loves her as well ! Will definitely continue to grow and develop our dog under Eileen's instruction !”

Please support this store, because the owners and staff seem to do a lot for our community. One can go in and even take pictures which is what my husband and I, as well as our friend did, to take photos of our therapy puppy, who passed her CGC and Puppy Star this past Sunday. We of course bought a few of the yummy treats.”
