“This is by far the best reptile shop around. I've been driving here from Orange County for the past several months because of the outstanding service and genuine care they provide. Recently, one of our snakes passed away, and our other snake suddenly stopped eating. We were extremely worried. I called the shop and spoke with Anthony, the owner. Without hesitation, he told me to bring her in so he could take a look. As soon as we arrived, Anthony knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He took her in for rehabilitation for a week, and when I came back to pick her up, she was 100% better and back to her normal self. Anthony did all of this out of the kindness of his heart, and our family is incredibly grateful for his help and expertise. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares not only about reptiles but also about the families who love them. The shop is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is professional. If you're looking for a reptile store you can trust, this is the place. I can't recommend Anthony and his team highly enough.”

“Prices tend to fluctuate quite often since it is retail mostly but the vetco I’ve had pretty good experiences with during visits with my pets. They are further out of my way so sometimes I may go to another store closer to me, but PETCO has a lot of what you’d need especially for new additions to your family. They have an adoption center there as well as grooming.”

“We took our 12 year old cat Elsa in for a check up to make sure she’s in good health for her age. The Vet and assistants were gentle, kind and caring. The care Elsa received was thorough and the services were explained clearly. We received complete estimates for tests and medications needed. There was no pressure put on us for unnecessary services. The Vet contacted me with the results of tests done and options to consider. I thank the staff for a very positive experience and professionalism we received.”

“5 stars for the smiling, friendly cashier that rang us up Monday afternoon. Clean store that's nice to browse if you have pets that you like to buy for. Wish I would've gotten her name.”
