“This is by far the best reptile shop around. I've been driving here from Orange County for the past several months because of the outstanding service and genuine care they provide.
Recently, one of our snakes passed away, and our other snake suddenly stopped eating. We were extremely worried. I called the shop and spoke with Anthony, the owner. Without hesitation, he told me to bring her in so he could take a look.
As soon as we arrived, Anthony knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He took her in for rehabilitation for a week, and when I came back to pick her up, she was 100% better and back to her normal self. Anthony did all of this out of the kindness of his heart, and our family is incredibly grateful for his help and expertise.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares not only about reptiles but also about the families who love them. The shop is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is professional. If you're looking for a reptile store you can trust, this is the place. I can't recommend Anthony and his team highly enough.”

“This is the absolute best pet store in town. I love that they carry a large selection of quality pet food. (Not the crap you find in other stores). The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable but Vanessa is my go to girl! I have multiple cats and a couple of them had digestive issues. She took the time to educate me and helped me choose the best food for my cats. Thanks to Vanessa, they are now doing great and no more tummy troubles or barfing after eating. If you have never been to this pet store before, stop in. They really are the best!”

The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, but we'd especially like to recognize Shanelle. She told us about the home delivery program, and it has been an absolute lifesaver for our family. There were many days when my husband and I couldn't make it to the store before closing to pick up my mom's dog's food, and the delivery service has taken so much stress off our shoulders.
Having the food delivered right to my mother's front door has been incredibly convenient and helpful for her as a senior. We truly appreciate the care and customer service that Shanelle and the entire team provide. “Went there while babysitting my granddaughter to get dog bones. We were there sooo long as she loves looking at cats, birds, mice, guinea pigs and fish. Ended up buying bright gravel and aquarium toy plant. She added a few bath toys at home and enjoyed some outside water play with her pretend aquarium! Friendly and helpful employees and a clean big store, dog grooming, plenty of handicap parking, plus great outing for a 4yr old!”
