“Rear Derailleur got jammed while riding and swung in here to see if they could help. They immediately threw it up on the stand and adjusted the cable
which fixed the problem. Thanks for the quick help to save my ride!”
“Renee is absolutely wonderful!! I have been there twice in the last week and she was beyond helpful and patient with me and all of my purchases. Honestly, this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I can confidently say that her service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and knowledge of the products stood out immediately. She never rushed me and ensured I was completely satisfied with my choice. She even called another store for me and got us what my son wanted.
I genuinely appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks to Renee, I left the store with a a few fantastic pairs of shoes and a great impression of famous footwear. Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back.
Thanks again,
Lena”
“I had a great experience at Big 5 Sporting Goods thanks to Devon. I came in with an issue regarding a catcher’s mask we had purchased the day before, and he handled it quickly and professionally. He took the time to understand the problem, fixed it right away, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Devon was friendly, respectful, and clearly cared about making things right. That kind of service goes a long way, and it definitely stood out. Really appreciate the help—great job.”
“Alan was more than patient in picking out bowling gear. Not only did he not try to push more expensive products, he made sure everything I picked out fit my level. I am more than happy with my purchase.”
“Great place. Good ammo deals. Good service. Good quality goods. A condensed bass pro shop but better quality. Great selection of products, boots, shoes, garments and a leatherman dealer with all models. Some good deals to be had.”
