“I just stopped in to prep for an upcoming trail race and Charlene was so helpful and knowledgeable about which running vest was best for my needs. She had helpful suggestions to find just the right fit. The store was busy but every employee made sure to check in with us. I always recommend this store to fellow runners and friends for this reason. The running center has always been reliable! The consistency in the quality of product and the helpful employees is always appreciated.”

“Friendly staff, great selection of real futbol items! Prices are either the best or very competitive. Usually our "go to" place for club soccer and adult league. They even had the jersey I was looking for and the number/name on the back came in the NEXT DAY.”

“Best stuff out there. Repaired many boots and shoes with never a complaint Love tuff toe. In my previous life I had a shoe repair Dans Shoe Repair. As I was leaving heading to my current life as a missionary in Malawi I grabbed several packs and brought with me. I knew they would be good for something. After several years here one of my quad tires had worn much faster than the others. Not being able to find a replacement I grabbed the tuff toe and applied to the worn lugs. I’m hoping it holds us for awhile as the small project steps4malawi.org My wife and I run would be lost without it. Here’s hoping to many more Kilometers... wish I had brought more. Not a pretty job but should work I hope”

“I had purchased some expensive shoes at the Temecula location a few months back. After only wearing them 4-5 times the back was already ripping. I went into the store twice and Don was there on both occasions. He was friendly, helpful and saved me from having to return my shoes back to Birkenstock to be repaired.”

“Alaya (Alia?). I don’t know how to spell her name but she provided excellent service! It was 15-20 min before the store closed and she still gave a hospitable, guest first and friendly service. She was knowledgeable and helped me pick out the items I ended up purchasing. Thank you so much! The store is a lovely addition to the Promenade. Bright, clean, the merchandise displays were impeccable.”

“Donavin went above and beyond to make sure my issue was fully resolved. Even though the store was very busy, he never made me feel rushed and took the time to help. I know he’s one of the managers, and he truly demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He contacted customer service on my behalf and even followed up by calling me back to confirm that I received my refund. What started as a frustrating experience quickly turned into a great one because of how professionally and respectfully I was treated. I was genuinely impressed with the level of care and service Donavin provided.”

“I went to this Foot Locker in spite of its low rating. All the reviews are old anyway so I wanted to give them a shot. I needed a pair of Pickleball shoes and Mason helped me out. He provided me great service while giving me options. When he brought out the shoes I was interim he also brought out another pair in another color. He says that I might like to consider another color. He was right by and I purchased the pair he recommended. I'll be back here for my next pair of shoes!!!”
