“I had a 2004 volvo convertible that the dealership said it needed a new top motor, which they did not have. I got a used motor and took it to Joe and asked him if he could install it. He looked at the top and explained to me that the top did not need a new motor just a fold adjustment and some top conditioner. He charged nothing. He is honest, straight forward and someone I will only use in the future.”

The gentleman at Napa Auto was great and figured out how to open the key (wasn’t obvious) and put in a new battery. Unusually helpful for a technical dunce like me.”

“I came here while up in Napa for the day and unfortunately we had a minor accident with our car. We were just hoping to make sure it was safe to drive for immediate needs. The local Nissan service center turned us away but these folks didn’t. They were very nice and the gentleman’s name who I can’t recall took time to inspect our vehicle and chat with us. Would recommend from a customer service aspect without a doubt.”

We were only LOOKING, not buying but returned the next day. Kastner's entire team from Craig, General Manager to visiting Corporate Manager insured the deal was what WE wanted. As Seniors and a Veteran, they treated us with patience and addressed all our concerns thoroughly. We have dealt with this dealership for many years with regular maintenance service on our 2005 Honda Odyssey. I highly recommend them. They are the "real deal"!”

“I was very stressed with the car breaking down out of town and it having been left overnight in an unknown area and it was a weekend and raining so I was doing a Google search for tow company’s open on a Saturday afternoon/ evening after reading several with negative reviews I worked my way down to Blackhawk Towing and the reviews made my mind up So I called to get a quote and see if they would even do it I got ahold of Christian and he said he could do it but could he call me back in a half hour because he was in the middle of a tow at the time so I said sure and he called back when he said he would he was very clear with his questions and answers and we set a time to meet To which he was there right on time if not a little bit sooner which was great He was able to load the car without any problems and we set off to take the car home Where he was able to get the car into the carport which I had worried about Christian was a great comfort on such a stressful situation and he was able to charge me less than the quote because it didn’t take as long as the estimate was for and on top of everything else that really helped the stressful situation of getting the car home I totally recommend Blackhawk Towing I don’t know any of the other drivers so no disrespect but I would tell you to ask for Christian if you need a Tow a definite two thumbs up ???? “Absolutely the best and kindest people I've ever met. I was having a very hard time finding a place that would work on my car and once I got on call with the owner, Tod, he told me to just bring it in the next day. It was truly such a relief that he actually took in my car. Once I brought it in they told me about what could possibly be happening to my car and gave me an estimate. I was shocked by how cheap the estimate was after hearing from other body places that it would probably be too costly and take too much time. I dropped it off for the day and came back ready to pay the estimate and they told me it was not a big deal and that it was free. I could not believe it. I am super thankful for Tod and his team for at least taking a look at my car after so many different places shut me down. Can't wait to come back for a check up”

“I’ve been a customer for 5 years and I’m writing this review about the changes I’ve noticed with the service team.In the old building, the service team didn’t seem to be too happy but I figured it was because of the limited phone and internet technology (or so they told me). When they moved to the newer building, I thought their mood and service would improve but I still got the feeling they were unhappy so I didn’t enjoy bringing my car in for service.I’ve noticed a huge difference in efficiency with the new service team. Some new recent improvements is that (1) I can now schedule my appointment online and (2) they have also integrated with Lyft so that I could go home during the day when they worked on my vehicle. I specifically appreciate my interactions with Jimmy. He is professional and informative and seems to enjoy providing great service. Kudos to the new service team at Hanlees!”
