“I had an accident and the car needed much work as a result. It now looks and runs as new! All the mechanics, body work and electrical calibration was handled professionally and diligently. As to the question of cost, since it was an accident and insurance covered the vast majority of the bill, I'll assume the price was accurate or insurance probably would not have paid without an argument. I did receive the estimates and, while over all it was a lot of money, there was no cost that was, individually, shocking as to amount. I'm going to guess it fell into the reasonable category.”
“I visited in June and have still been thinking about how positive my experience was. I was on a road trip and my U-Haul electrical wiring tore, so I came in and was looking for a replacement. Unfortunately the first piece I bought didn’t fit, so I brought it back and the employee offered to splice the wires back together for me for free. I was able to bring in my wiring and he not only fixed it for me but showed me how I can do it in the future. Above and beyond what I would expect, so grateful for the service!”
“Jeff and his team went above and beyond to help us with a last minute alignment and tune the day before race day. They know their stuff when it comes to race prepped vehicles and dealing with custom jobs. (Welded in subframe eccentrics.) When we found we had low fuel pressure they helped us diagnose the issue and gave us a plan of action to be ready to race the next day, and called everyone they knew to find us parts. Highly recommend this shop.”

“NAPA Auto parts crew was amazing! I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that helped me but he went above and beyond. After my windshield became loose and then detached while driving my kids to school, which was extremely scary, it went back to Napa Auto parts for it I bought my wipers a couple months back. They gave me a new wiper free of charge and installed it on the spot! In and out in 10 minutes. Now I know to send this may not sound like a big deal but it really changed the way that my day was going so I thought I would give them the credit they deserve!! Great jobs guys!”
