Caliber is amazing. I brought my car in on Monday expecting the repairs to take a week or two, and they had everything completed in just four days.
Not only was the service incredibly fast, but my car looks brand new. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows.
What truly sets this location apart, though, is the people. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience easy and stress-free.
I worked directly with Carl at the Sonoma location, and he was a star. He carefully walked me through the entire process, explained what needed to be ordered, and made sure I understood the estimates clearly. He even coordinated with the rental car company so the rental was delivered to Caliber and ready when I dropped off my car — such a thoughtful touch.
Carl provided daily updates on the progress, and when I picked up my car — which is electric — it had been fully washed and fully charged. That level of care really meant a lot.
It’s never fun when your car is damaged and accidents happen, but taking your car to Caliber makes the whole experience incredibly easy and worry-free.

“Jeff and his team went above and beyond to help us with a last minute alignment and tune the day before race day. They know their stuff when it comes to race prepped vehicles and dealing with custom jobs. (Welded in subframe eccentrics.) When we found we had low fuel pressure they helped us diagnose the issue and gave us a plan of action to be ready to race the next day, and called everyone they knew to find us parts. Highly recommend this shop.”

“NAPA Auto parts crew was amazing! I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that helped me but he went above and beyond. After my windshield became loose and then detached while driving my kids to school, which was extremely scary, it went back to Napa Auto parts for it I bought my wipers a couple months back. They gave me a new wiper free of charge and installed it on the spot! In and out in 10 minutes. Now I know to send this may not sound like a big deal but it really changed the way that my day was going so I thought I would give them the credit they deserve!! Great jobs guys!”
