I always have someone willing to help even if there is a bit of a wait. Last week Chuck walked me to what I was looking for and helped me decide between a few different selections for a tool I was unfamiliar with. I've always had friendly service even when it's crazy busy.

Yeah ok I keep a pro account but I'm so tired of the lack of helpers and the over commercialization of everything...I go to Ace if I can because they at least remember my name, and somehow deliver in store and on time, unlike you home despot. Sad
