I can’t say enough how wonderful my experience was with Van Windens ❤ I called them from Canada to help me pick out something suitable and special for a grieving friend 💔… they were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond anything I could have imagined for customer service . I especially want to mention Luis who sent me several pictures of what he recommended … something I hadn’t even thought of but turned out to be absolutely perfect He then delivered it himself and called me to let me know it was there along with a photo of it beautifully wrapped on my friends porch ❤. I will never forget his kindness on what was a very difficult day . I didn’t feel like a customer … I felt like a family friend .”

“Great selection of well maintained trees. Far better than anything you will find at a home center box store. Local family owned company, which is always a plus. Prices were very reasonable and they also offer delivery at a very fair price. Extremely friendly and helpful service in selecting the trees for our home. Highly recommend these folks! We will go back in the future for any of our plant or tree needs.”

“Used the Help line on the back of the brochure to the paint I was looking at, the call was well worth it, spoke to a gentleman named Roy for about 20 minutes he explained the product and what I need that was not in the instructions of the product was answered quickly from trial and error in the company.Thank you Roy. There is another location to go. If you can't get that answer from the person who is in that department I recommend the helpline.”
