“Zeller’s Ace Hardware Store in Downtown Napa is always helpful. They have been around for over 60 years. Parking is easy on the street or in their private lot. The guys inside are always helpful. Key cutting is available, acrylic sheet cutting, paint color matching, propane refill or exchange, and more.
On this visit, I walked in and was greeted by Roy who lead me directly to what I needed in plumbing. We enjoyed a nice conversation and it was lovely to be helped by someone personable. See ya again soon!”
“Smaller store with excellent staff! I went in looking for something specific and the staff were quickly able to identify that they didn't have any of that product, but still workshopped ways to help and came to a solution. They didn't have to take the time to do that, and I'll certainly be back for my other hardware needs. Lord knows I'll have some having just bought a house.”
“I bought an Oregon leaf blower from the shop eight years ago. It has been a wonderful product. They were the ones who recommended to me vs Stuhl. I called today to see if they stole carried them, which apparently do not, but they were so kind as to look up my purchase date is they’re still under warranty and offered to have me bring it in so they can quickly check it out and it’s something easy to fix. This is the type of shop that deserves our support so they can stay in business against online retailers.”
“Very pleasant overall experience! Very clean and organized store. The staff was very pleasant Nd helpful. If you need help with anything ask for Dillon. He’s got you covered! They offer many different brands to choose from. The garden second was very well maintained.”
“NBS has a large selection of quality roofing materials to choose from, and the service that you get from Ted and his crew exceeds that of other lumber yards by a factor of ten.I highly recommend Napa Builders for supplying material for any roofing project that you have.Remember, doing business with local businesses is a part of being a good neighbor.”
“These guys are awesome. I used CV years ago building homes in Yolo Co.
They have upped their inventory and service. Email in a materials list for price check, your order is picked for you. Lumber, hardware, sundries.
Helpful yard guys make loading easy.
Excellent selection of #1 DF and PT beams and joists.”
“Wow! Phenomenal customer service! I came in this evening to buy a hose reel. I got the rock star treatment from Desiree and Torrance. Desiree helped me pick out the perfect hose reel and even offered to help load it into my car. This will be my go-to home supplies stop from now on!”

“Madho was on time and communicated before and at his arrival. He was very professional and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed. He fixed what he could and gave me information about what I needed to tell GE.”
