“I walked in and the customer in front of me was how do I put it politely, being difficult. I assumed I would be stuck waiting for that disaster to play out but instead someone from the back saw that I just needed a quick drop off and came in and helped me. As for the customer I was talking about ahead of me, the employee dealing with her was super professional, polite and didn't give any hint whatsoever of being annoyed. He was a better man than I. Highly recommend”

“Went in & the guy who was manning the counter had just reached 25yrs busting his @$$ and they just now let him work indoors at this building. He was helping 2 older gentlemen at the time & didn’t make a fuss as he was helping them out perfectly fine. He was so nice, & got my package scanned & handed me my confirmation receipt, then thanked him & left. Great service. The only thing that sux is on Google maps the picture of this place is a totally different building across the stree down the block on the corner lol someone please update the Google maps picture of the real actual ups building this pls e it located.”
