“I have used this dealership for over 30 years. I appreciate the excellent service & staff so I was very dissatisfied with my last visit on 8/2/24. When my vehicle was done I noticed the driver side window sun shade was on the dash. The passenger shade was missing the suction cups. The window had been rolled down, the shade inserted & rolled back up. This is how the shade was holding! I was very upset and notified the service technician. They searched the car for the missing suction cups, brought out the mechanic, another service advisor then the manager. After talking in circles manager Arturo Jaimes tells me to go buy the suction cups, bring him back the receipt & he would reimburse me. Why should “I” have to “fix” their lack of care for my personal property. The lack of accountability from this manager was upsetting.
Finally, my service advisor Henry Samaniego came out & took the time to really listen to me. He had checked the video they took of the vehicle upon arrival & confirmed the sun shades properly installed on my windows at drop off. I gave him the Amazon link to replace my recent purchase. He went above and beyond to make it right. He replaced the sun shade’s & notified me when they arrived. THANK YOU Henry Samaniego for your patience, professionalism in your ability to resolve such a minor issue.”

“Searched around all of SD to find a shop that was willing to install the hood louver. I got intouch with New Image Customs and the owner was chill and strait forward. He allowed my car to stay there when they're wasn't enough room and finished the job quickly. The workers there are also nice and love what they do. Highly recommend if you need body work done.”

“I came across 1-800 radiator from O'Reillys auto parts store as a referral. After calling them giving them my info of my car. They had the radiator i needed on hand. Almost the same price I would've paid at O'Reillys give or take. Went in told the clerk I phoned in about the radiator and he asked for my zip. Ask if I was prior military if I was they have discounts. Overall customer service was good prices was decent. I would recommend this place to friends and family.”

“These guys were great. I have a 2009 Mustang GT with a glass roof which had been struck by a rock on the freeway. Spent 10 months looking for a replacement. No one could help me, no dealership, no garages or salvage yards the glass had been discontinued by Ford years prior. Peter located one in Georgia had it shipped here and two days later it was installed, and as a bonus his installers tightened the shade screen head liner that now glides perfect. Thanks again Peter and your crew for a great job. I recommend them highly, I'll be returning to have other work done on my Mustang.”

“If you are looking for awesome auto body shop this is your place , Glenn is amazing knows what he's doing and his team is wonderful. My car looked so good . My insurance was trying to give me a run around and long story short I knew I was in the right place from the moment I started talking business with them . They are not there to rip you off and throw hurdles in your path they pretty much told me let me take care of everything and dealing with your insurance ! when your going thru a stressful situation that was the best thing I heard all day ! I hope to not be fixing a auto accident anytime soon but if so that's definitely where I would go again !”
“This place is great. I work with a nonprofit organization and we fix up about eight cars a month. We probably get 90% of our stuff from here. They almost always have what we need I think maybe once or twice in the past couple years I asked for something and they didn't answer. Prices are great qualities great warranties are great I work with Miguel Whenever I Call over. Once they get to know you and know that you're going to show up if you order ahead of time it'll be sitting at the counter waiting for you. The whole crew that works there is great.Okay that's it Go buy your parts and ladies and gentlemen start your engines..Oh you cannot only save money on parts oil transmission fluids sealers coolants engine parts gasket sets electrical parts fuel related components.
