“Great! Tony was invaluable and came out (a couple times) to help figure out the part I needed for my car. I tried several other places, and nobody had their kind of inventory. Eternally grateful.”

“This review is for Ivana. We had a paint color expert consultation with her and she was wonderful. She listened to our needs and vision and was able to choose colors that were within our color palette. She also did wonderful renderings for us which helped make our final decision a lot easier. Thank you so much Ivana & Dunn Edwards team for your help!”

“Go here and no place else. Color matching paint in a spray can!! How great is that?!!. Tom is fantastic. My 68 Camaro was restored back in 1994. It had rally rims and I found a set of 14" rims in a junkyard to put back on. But the paint on the rims obviously didn't match my car. And the guy who painted my car somehow managed to not get the color correct and was a couple of shades gray lighter than blue. Teal Blue--1968. So i brought the car to Tom and after many trips back in the shop to add a drop of gold, red, or whatever color he needed to add; he got it done. He said he had never attempted to custom match on the spot, but I couldn't be happier. He nailed it. Thanks to Tom and Jeraulds for helping me.”

“These guys can do anything! Jose is the man! I needed a spa pump to be fixed. Repair guys came out. They don't make these pumps anymore, so they are talking about building a new pump with 2 pumps, I guess it's complicated. So I bring it in to Chick's and within 2 minutes, he replaced an outside motor thingie that didn't work anymore and he was just going to charge me for the part. Since this was a beast to get out, I asked what I could do to make sure everything works going forward. They did that service that I can't remember the name of and even spray painted the pump so it was all the same color. I wish they could help me with more stuff around my house. They are honest and trustworthy!”

“Pell Mell is a highly organized, well devoloped machine. I have gone thereas a last ditch with some highly specialized, exotic hardware and they had it! Mostly their model is huge manufacturing orders so it 's hard for them to stop and grab three screws. Great guys though and very patient.”

“I've gotten parts to fix my washer, dryer, and refrigerator here. Instead of buying online, I like to buy from this store so that our community has a place where we can get parts right away without waiting for shipping. The people who work here are nice and helpful.”
