I want to send a compliment, which I thought we had already sent, but I see it isn’t here.

Andrew upholstered our older RV years back, and it still looks great. We had him upholstery both captain chairs in a Dark Chocolate color. The captain chairs both reclined and swiveled. We also had Andrew upholstery our dining area in the same color (dark chocolate) which made into a bed (4 large cushions). He upholstered the cushions so they were reversible and could be switched from side to side making the cushions last longer. Beautiful workmanship!

I can’t express our gratitude and excitement enough to you when he had completed the RV installations of our dining area’s cushions and captain chairs.

He had to come to our home to install our captain chairs in the RV. Andrew’s ‘Stitch on Wheels’ is the best upholstery shop in the Bay Area. Andrew’s craftsmanship updated our older RV and it looked absolutely amazing. Our son has our RV now and the upholstery still looks amazing!

Though it took a couple of extra days as their vendor shipped a wrong part they were diligent in returning and getting the right one and gave it a great finish. They also did a detail on the interiors and offered a ride to get the car picked up.”

When i took my MDX for it's first service, I was fortunate to have Gary ss service advisor. He's very meticulous and courteous--
Definitely, i found the service department's Gary (don't know his last name) to be courteous and professional.

-- But, when my car was given back to me (after the 5k service oil change), the mechanic --or whoever worked on my car-- left empty bottled water on passenger seat, AND had radio on a Spanish language station and it just didn't seem like it was as clean and professional as it should have been--

Kind of like going to a nice dinner with the host seating you at a great table, enjoying a delicious appetizer and main meal, but finding a cockroack in your chocolate cake!
----Will I go back for next service/maintenance?

I haven't decided yet. I liked and appreciated James and Gary, both are professionals and knowledgeable about Acura cars! In my experience, both James and Gary are really top-notch.

But the debris (empty water bottle) on passenger seat and unfamiliar radio station/music loudly turned up upon car pick up was disappointing...
The service mechanics need reminders about keeping the cars in good order--Truly, notwithstanding a nice fresh crisp salad and juicy tender rib eye steak at dinner, would you want cockroaches in your dessert???”
