“Great Store love this Ross! Very unfortunate that some customers do not clean up after themselves and leave a lot of the clothing apparel on the floor when trying things on instead of putting them back on a hanger. I was displeased trying to try on clothes and going into the fitting room (front)without the customers common decency of hanging them back on Hanger! Besides, that cashiers are completely amazing and store manager is so helpful five stars!”
“I accompanied a friend to Nordstrom in the Stanford Shopping Center and found two pairs of ankle high boots in the shoe department that met my requirements. And both were on sale. Lucy, the sales representative, provided welcome assistance in finding them after I nearly lost hope having looked initially at higher priced pairs. She was personable, knowledgeable and a delight to deal with.”
“Prices are generally much lower than other retail outfits. The downside is it is hard to find the items you want sometimes. They shuffle things around often and some items are only available during holiday season, or are often out of stock. Help is also very limited.”
“Daiso in New York tends to have a limited variety, but discovering a large Daiso store in California was a pleasant surprise. I could purchase a diverse range of items, and the service was both professional and prompt. I certainly feel I received good value for the items I bought.
Overall, I had a positive experience.”

“Extremely busy most days! Has air conditioning and clean restrooms. I'm not sure the blue plastic straps with sharp edges on the infant changing tables are the safest, it's best to use your own infant changing pad. Appears most employees are overworked.”

“This is my favorite place to shop. This location is clean, organized, and well-maintained. The lady in the fitting room was so kind! She helped me find the last shirt in my size that I really wanted. I bought that item and a few others for a work trip, plus a Yoga jumpsuit for casual wear. They also carry Curl Smith hair products, which are my favorite.”
“This Nordstrom Rack in Fremont is one of the good ones I like in the Bay Area. I love shopping at Nordstrom Rack. But not all the Nordstrom Rack stores are the same. This store has better inventory and a good layout. The store is nice and clean. I usually can find a few items to purchase and am happy to bring them home.”

“Very clean and well organized. Staff was actively cleaning and restocking shelves. Most of the products were for younger children. Most of the clothing was for girls.”

“One of the better ross's. For this location I usually find more opportunities to buy things vs other ross's. I think it's because people don't want to come all the way to this location as often just for ross when other locations are closer and walmart is over shadows it. So what I mean is by more opportunities is that I have a hard time finding shoes (8.5), shirts (small or xs), jeans (28x30), Jackets/sweaters (small) in my sizes. I usually find something here. If I got to any other ross, I probably won't find a decent shoe in my size or jacket or shirt in my size. I'm more likely to find 28x30 here than at any other ross if I'm being honesy. I can even find xmas gifts easily or simple wallets or glasses or workout equipment when I need to. A bit neater than other ross's too. Only thing is it's far and it's a gamble if you are trying to look for a specific clothing item”
“I want to give this store a HUGE kudos for amazing communication and crowd control. I lined up for BTS light stick release this morning. The staff came out communicated very clearly on the instruction. It turned out Pokemon release happened on the same day. Employee told us to split 2 lines: BTS & Pokemon. The staff told us to follow them into the store in the line. There was another staff monitoring the merch section and only allowed one shopper at the time to grab the merch. There was no pushing or physically getting hurt. It was a positive and pleasant shopping experience. I was able to get what I want without fighting. Whoever came up with this game plan is genius. Thank you so much!”

“The T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods combined store is one of the stores I must check out whenever I visit Fremont. The store is conveniently located in the shopping mall with everything I want. Also, both T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods are my favorite stores. The parking lot is also big and safe.”
“Was shopping at this location and everything was clean and well organized. The staff was very nice! We were looking for a new perfume and the wonderful woman at the cosmetics counter was very patient and knowledgeable. And was letting us know about all the Black Friday sales that were coming up and we really appreciated that. We will definitely shop here again 10/10”
“First time in here & overall it's tidier than dollar store or Ross. Most things are $5 or less. I was happy with cute plush pillow, $1 bday cards, cheap snacks, fidget toys & Valentine's Day stuff right now. There's some books, cosmetics, lots of candy & toys and art supplies. Overall some good stuff not quite 5 stars because there was one only poor woman handling like everything. Shout out to her for staying polite & helpful throughout.”

“I’ve been to this location multiple times, and literally live 5mins from it. I’ve been in Hayward almost my entire life, so seeing the ksmart shut down, and the entire plaza change, it’s more lively, and gives us more things to do lol.
It’s such a nice change in our neighborhood.
This Home Goods, although smaller in comparison to most.. it is very clean, the staff are sweet and welcoming. Especially around these festive times, it’s such a warm, and fun atmosphere to be in. So many of my gifts this year have been from here, please keep it up, the cleanliness and organization compared to the first day I came, it’s been nice to see it develop.”

“The quality of items is good.
The one thing that I don’t like about their cosmetics counters are if they don’t have the color or scent you want they’ll sell you a different color or scent and not tell you. You basically find out when you get home that the item was incorrect.”

Just recently, Target had 2 flavors I wanted. Amazon had 4. Walmart? **7**! And not only that, you actually had them all in stock too! Big win! I will be back. Yaay!”
