“The folks at Newark Jewelry Center are so kind and accommodating. I went in with a silver necklace to be shortened and a stainless steel ring to be resized. The ring was a trickier task but they explained the pros and cons to a couple different solutions and ultimately helped find one that worked for me. They were patient as I tried to decide what made sense for my needs. I made a few trips over and each time, they were so lovely to talk to. They even shortened my necklace a couple times with no fuss, since I wanted it even shorter after the first iteration.
It can be unclear where to go when you first enter, but just go straight to the line for the window and they'll sort you out. Highly recommend! I'm sure they could take care of anything”
