“Passport appointment was smooth and quick when our turn was called because we came prepared with all the documents and photo. The person before us however was completely unprepared and took longer than us because they needed to take a photo, make photocopies of documents, and write the check when all of that could’ve been done beforehand.”
“My apartment's mailbox was broken and my package was stolen so I filed a complaint on their website and notified them of the broken mailbox. They contacted me the next business day and told me that they would get it fixed soon. And they did. I appreciate their attention and prompt response.”

I came after lunch to try my luck with walk in without appt and the staff was able to accommodate me since there was a last minute cancellation . Easy breezy once you have all the doc ready. I do have online appt at this location on different date and they asked me to cancel immediately so others can book it.”

Grace was very helpful, guiding me through every step of the process to get it activated. Despite being the only staff at a busy branch office, she was super patient, thorough, and very friendly to everyone.”

I lost a receipt a few weeks ago, and I couldn't see her name but the lady on the very right hand side booth bent her back trying to get my receipt I lost. Literally so kind and professional. Their dedication in helping me track down my shipment(which contains my passport) went above and beyond, as they not only worked diligently to locate the package but also escalated the issue when needed. Throughout this stressful situation, they provided reassuring support and remained incredibly professional. “I came in for a Passport Walk-In. It’s honored between 11-12 Tuesday thru Thursday. I was there by 8:45 am and was the first one in walk in. By 9:30 I was called and taken care of. We were greeted and asked to wait in line. Then when they had no other customers, they started processing the walk-ins and were very efficient. They had very good knowledge about passport services. Overall other customers were also taken care of very nicely and with great customer care.”
“I would like to say Thank you so much MARIA for helping me. 10 star for you. Maria was so accommodating, nice, kind, and she has a long patience. I have a big box to send overseas and she approached me and help me without any hesitation.
Honestly, there's a few staffs that should help me but they went all at the back of their office so Maria can take my big box which was not fair to MARIA. By the way God bless you Maria and to other staff who doesn't want to help me cause they don't want to carry the big box well then shame on you Guys.
To clarify, this is April 12 2025 transaction only so who ever work on that day then shame on them except MARIA who helped me to carry my big box.
I also want to thank you the other Lady she's quite Old Asian who borrowed me a trolley cause I can't lift heavy stuff. If you read this Thank you so much.”

“This is one of two Post Offices in the area that I know of that has a Self-Service Kiosk AND where the lobby is open 24 hours - AMAZING ? LIFE SAVER! The other Post Office with 24-hour Kiosk access is in downtown Mountain View. SO GRATEFUL! I can never make it to the post office before they close - so I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 24-hr Self-Service Kiosk. You can buy postage, get Priority Mail packaging and mail it all on your own. We are so lucky to have this available to us and I hope they never decide to close the lobby. Thank you USPS. Big fan of this service!”
“Came here to mail something across the country. The post office is tucked away in building 6 and you have to enter through a back entrance. Luckily I had asked another employee where to go and gave me a tip that it was in a building that looked like it wasn't open (haha). Once I was in the building, the signs were super helpful. The post office itself was small but it had everything you needed. The woman working there, Thu, was super helpful and even helped me figure out what box to use in order to save the most money. She even helped me with packaging too. Overall great service and I'm glad I am close to here for any mailing needs. Avoids the usual long lines for sure. FYI: there are no self kiosks so you will need to wait. However, it doesn't seem like a very busy office to begin with.”
“The bad reviews are justifiable, especially since the USPS website is not helpful at all. However, when you do know the correct pick-up hours, then there's not much to complain about. I had to pick up some mail because my address isn't fully validated or something, and it took under 5 minutes for them to find it all.
They should consider adding another timeslot, like on a weekend or maybe in the evening.”

When you pull into the lot it’s hard to locate where to go, and the signage is poor at best.
But once you figure it out the postal employee was courteous and got the job done very quickly.
