“This was my first experience with Todd and his shop. I recently moved to the area and I needed an oil change/routine service for my car. I called and made an appointment and Todd took care of the service. This was a simple service, but the experience was pleasant and I am quite anal about my car so I was happy that there wasn't any spilled oil or even evidence the car had been serviced. Sure, this how it should be, but somehow I always seem to be able to find something to annoy me when getting things done and I was pleasantly surprised with this service. I'll be bringing in my other vehicles and I have some diagnostic work required on the next one so I'll provide an update following that, but I'm actually pretty comfortable that I'll be satisfied with the service and happy to patronize Todd's shop.”
