I called right when they opened at 9am to ask if they could help. Drove over by 10am, and thankfully it was quiet. They not only wrapped my wife’s birthday gift, but also found the right box for it. I think I paid maybe $5 or $6, and honestly, it felt like a steal for the care they put in.
The woman who helped me was incredibly attentive. She asked me multiple times if I liked how it looked, made small adjustments, and genuinely seemed to care that it came out just right.
It’s been a few weeks since, and I still find myself thinking about how much that simple act meant. Thoughtful service like that is rare these days—and worth writing about.”

“I definitely recommend this office. I originally had 2 appointments that I went to in the oxnard office and I had a horrible experience. After the second appointment I did not want to even go back to that one so I made an appointment here even though it was a further drive but it was worth it. From the moment I walked in the staff was helpful and a way better attitude then the oxnard office. Mark is the one who helped me with my application. He made the process so quick and easy. He's the best. This will be the office I will be going to from now on and I will be sending my family and friends there too.”
“I stopped to get a money order. The line was short for once and I was happy because I thought my wait time wouldn't be long. I was wrong, it took forever and a long line built as I waited. Finally at my turn all I needed was a money order and had a debit card so exact change. The man behind the counter said Jesus Christ everybody today wants a money order. Despite my needing one minute after standing in line for 20 minutes.”
“This is my second time stopping by. The first one was not good at all. Probably it is because it's almost 5pm and they're closing soon. The male postal worker must be tired and he is not happy to answer inquiries. The second time, I came Friday afternoon. There was a line but it went fast. This lady named Sandra helped me to make the transaction easy. She explained to me in detail the differences regarding the amount of each mailing options. With that, it helped me a lot to decide. I agree with a fellow Yelper - Sandra has been a great. Recommended.”

“It's a small office with with three windows. Most of the time two are open. Exception would be during holidays. Then I would see all three operating. There is a self serve kiosk which is available. Employees are friendly and professional.”
“Other than having a very hard time finding this place, the service was great and the postal workers were friendly and helpful. I also came at noon, which isn't as busy a time. If you're trying to look for this place, it's behind the Amazon Fresh. I didn't know that there was a small mall in that corner.”

“I stopped by this USPS office to drop of an Amazon return. I been to the plaza this USPS office is in so many times but never knew there was a USPS here. I found parking easily since this office is in a plaza with many parking spots. When I walked inside the post office, there was no one in line so I was able to walk up and hand my package since everything was paid for already. I got my receipt and left, it was a simple and easy process.”
“Since opening my online store , I have had no problems at all with my local post office and so long as none of my mail gets tampered with or stolen any more by the same thieves who pose as some kind of special cops lying about me to the post office workers so they can steal my mail and whatever money I should have through the mail coming via the post office ; so long as I receive all my mail from this point on I am giving a solid five star rating.....”
“I am so surprised by all these negative reviews. For one, I have to say each postal worker I’ve ever interacted with has been the friendliest public workers I’ve met. I’ve only had to use the postal service only and can’t speak for the passport service area. There are plenty of parking, clean , short lines and I think one of the better looking ones. I’m located between two post offices and without a doubt, I go here , even if it’s out of my way. The other one is what I usually experience in the past… the usual, (long lines, not the cleanest, you’re treated like a number not a person ). As far as the postal rates, the workers have no control over that but can suggest alternatives.”
“Been going here every day for decades! This is the best USPS location in Santa Clarita hands down... or anywhere for that matter!! All of the staff are super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wish all the USPS locations were half as friendly and helpful as they are! Sylvia, Neva, Angel, Daniel, and all of the staff there always greet me when I come in and are always pleasant to work with. Can't say enough positive things about them! They deserve 10 stars and a commendation for dealing with some of the customers I have seen walk in there! Thank you for always going above and beyond in your service!”
