“Lorna did a nice job explaining how it works and setting up my account. She was great. However, I was disappointed to learn that my quoted monthly rate was ‘promotional’ and would change after 3 months to an unknown higher rate that was TBD based on how full the site was at that point. fortunately, i only plan to use my space for 3 months , so it’s not an issue for me…otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. make sure you check.”

“When we called extra space, we spoke to Justin, he help me with getting a space, and told us the next steps. Upon arriving to extra space on Foothill and Vaughn St, we were greeted by Edwin. He walked us to where the space was, answered all our questions, that we had. The storage area was very clean , and smelling very nice. We didn't get this much courteous at Van Nuys.(2) Once again, the staff is wonderful. Rubia help me again. I will definitely tell others. About the storage and how their clean. “I got a storage unit about four weeks ago by a gentleman named John. The promotion was two months half off. I receive an invoice for the following month four weeks exactly saying that I am paying full price.
I contacted the Rinaldi location. I was in conversation with a gentleman name Andre I would like to say, even for the minor inconvenience. He was very professional, and he helped a lot and was Super patient.
I do believe John was from a different location, so I’m pretty sure circumstances and systems were completely different nonetheless The gentleman name Andre took his time to help me and I really appreciate it regarding the first incident. I would give it a good two out of five with the minor inconvenience being fixed. I’ll give it a five out of five.”

“Always a helpful and safe place. Dawna is always warm, welcoming and friendly. I feel good about having my items stored here as she lives onsite and is always keeping the property looking clean and spotless. Having past experiences in other storage companies, I have gone through the stress of having my unit broken into and items stolen - with this property, I have peace of mind and feel safe knowing my unit is clean, the area is attended to, a manager lives on site and there is plenty of security around. Dawna is always friendly, keeps an eye on the property and manages the area very well. To be honest, it's the best experience I've had with a storage unit because of her professional friendliness. Even when I have questions or concerns, she is always attentive and willing to help. I've had my unit for over 3 years and am very happy knowing my items are safe with Dawna. Fantastic manager.”
