Even during the hectic new-product launch weekend, Grant and his team were incredibly patient, kind, and professional. “Great service! I just walked in, no appointment, and they were able to fix my issue (monitor connectivity) in less than 10 minutes while I waited. They even showed me how to make sure the issue did not happen again and how to fix it myself if it did. Excellent and knowledgeable.”

“I've been going here since they were the little brother to Frys, now they are the sole survivor and not resting on their laurels. The service is excellent, helped by a commission plan for the associates on the floor.

Mostly, though, I order online and pick up at the store. They're doing a better job of staffing that line and pulling items out while you're waiting so that there's a minimum amount of time at the cashier.

The prices are good also, their motherboard CPU RAM bundles cannot be beaten. The rest are competitive with and in line with online.

The selection is great, also. They expanded the store a few years ago and really made it a proper destination for anything you might need electronics wise.”

“I was looking for a screen replacement for my HP Laptop so I used Yelp’s service that sent me 5 quotes from different repair stores.

Most quotes came in high or offered a less compatible aftermarket option.

Experimax was the most affordable quote AND they offered a higher quality OEM screen replacement option so I went with them.

Kevin did a great job on the repair, had it done in just one day and even met me after hours in the parking lot when I couldn’t make it to their store before it closed.

“Owner Mike is a cool computer dude. With 30+ years of experience he certainly knows more than the Apple "Geniuses" when it comes to fixing Macs. Took an unbootable iMac into the Apple store and the genius was convinced the iMac motherboard was bad and the hard drive was good. Called Mike and he said most likely it was the other way around -- that the iMac motherboard was probably OK and the hard drive was bad. Took it into Mike and sure enough he was right. No slight on the Apple genius -- he was sincere in his evaluation. He was just wrong on this one. It's just that experience really makes a difference and the Mac Guys have a ton of experience. ?”

“I found Sean on Yelp when I was in Costa Mesa, trying to just sell my laptop for parts. I previously (about a year prior to finding Sean) took my laptop to some guys in Huntington Beach. They told me there was nothing they could do for me to fix the laptop, unless I purchased a whole new motherboard. Wrong. Sean was amazing! He told me he could fix my laptop and did it faster than I could have ever expected!! Sean reached out, was very kind, communicative and even patient with me. I highly recommend Sean! “These guys still carry and sell a device that is a MUST HAVE if you own the original Buffalo TeraStation! For those that have no idea what I'm talking about other than the brand, the originals were 1TB RAID (4 x 250 IDE/PATA drives and the RAID works only with Buffalo's proprietary system) When unit dies (and it will) you will lose it all! Enter "Dat Optic's Qbox-U" with the Standard IDE/PATA controller, one of the last of it's kind still on the market. Re-set drive jumpers to Cable Select and put them in the Qbox in the EXACT order they were in the TeraStation. Set the Qbox to combine the drives then hit it with recovery software. POOF! If it was a Buffalo system board issue as is usually the case, there you are looking at the data and Buffalo OS. Back the data up and blow the drives away then reformat and start over I have now saved 5 TeraStations and may just buy more of the Qboxes. The box cost is little..the Recovery software hurts more but for under $200 TOTAL, you can do this all day long!”

We are a couple in our 70’s and not privy to all the latest audio equipment to say the least !
We asked Diego to put together a home theater package .
He not only explained how the system will work with our new TV , but he chose products that would fit our budget and level of appreciation .
He did not try to upsell us on equipment that we do not need .

“This is one of the best BestBuys still around. There is always an employee to greet you at the door and assist you to the right direction for whatever you are looking for. Items are always in stock as well. They also have a great selection on plush dolls/squishmallows. Shout out to the sales rep in the exotic area of tvs and stereos. Took the time to talk to us even though everything in that room was out of our price range. Even had the time to show us that massive and beautiful samsung tv. I forgot my BB credit card however, the gentleman at the cashier was able to look up my account and charge me for my item. Highly recommend this gem!”

“I had possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at a big box store yesterday at the Westminster Best Buy location (that also took me to the Anaheim location where the team was just as helpful). I have.a Geek Squad protection plan on my car stereo. I had no idea what the process was and if it involved being without a stereo in my car for an extended period of time. I had an appt with Tory in the car audio department. I explained the situation and he said he was uncertain of exactly how the claim would work. We went in to the store and a manager explained they could replace the unit but they did not have one in the store. We located one in Anaheim and I went and purchased it there and returned it to Westminster where Tory completed the swap out. In total, I interacted with at least 7 employees at 2 different stores and all of them were both friendly and helpful. Best Buy, whatever you are doing with hiring and training, it’s working! Keep it up. We’ll be back for future purchases.”

“I was so excited about this opportunity, it has been nothing but problems. I am almost a month in, and still no printer. I was walking into this thinking things would be amazing. I have worked with two separate sales representatives, both have given me the run around. Not ever getting a solid answer. I am being told constantly "next week" well, next week has been coming and still nothing. Speaking to a manager has been impossible. If I'm having this much problems already I can only imagine how bad it will be if I were to have an issue. These sale representatives can talk a big game but their integrity as far as having honest solid answers is the worse. So sad because here I am trying to better my business and the experience has been nothing but problems from after the second week. It's so upsetting.In the beginning it was hard to process. However, I must say they have proven themselves. I have a very busy life. They have reached out to me numerous times and it was a hit and miss. They also followed up with emails. I think as a small business owner we have a lot more to lose because we are so small however, the customer service has changed up and they have shown nothing but care and making sure I receive the help I need. They really do value their customers and want to make sure we all succeed as a whole. I am hoping to get a second machine in a year. Communication and follow through is so important on both ends.”

I was early for my appointment and an associate was able to change my appointment to an earlier appointment . I didn’t have to wait long at all . Ivan was the associate that helped me .
