“Awesome "Terrible Herbst" Chevron. You get a Free Soda, Red Bull, Water or Coffee when You get gas. Watch the screen at the pump, it comes up and You have to make your choice, it will print a coupon, but, hurry it doesn't stay up very long.”

“I’m just visiting town, but I’ve already stopped by this place a few times during my trip. It has everything — part liquor store, part bodega, part neighborhood staple. You can find the most random things here, which makes every visit a little adventure. Tony, the owner, is always behind the counter. He’s been here for years and is clearly loved by the regulars. Even as a visitor, the place feels warm, reliable, and friendly.”

“The store has amazing customer service. As soon as I got in, I was greeted by all the associates. They are friendly and very helpful to look for available coupons that can apply to my purchase.
The ones I saw at the aisle reminds me to look for coupons in the app and the cashier went through so much trouble to get a manufacturer coupon to go through. I really appreciate all they do and will absolutely recommend this store to everyone.”

“Due to my job I travel in front of this store at least 10 to 15 times a day. Great location, Staff are always upbeat and friendly w me. Store is always well stocked, tons of beers, snacks and a few hot items like pizza, wings and grill treats. This is probably one of the busiest 7/11 stores due to it being the only one on Balboa Blvd that carrys the volume it does of products and ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. Being 150 yards from the beach doesnt hurt either. Great store, good friendly staffers. Always been shown kindness and laughter w everyone there.”

“This station may not be the least expensive but it is always clean and well stocked for service needs(washer fluid, Techroline, etc.). Special shout out to the night cashier who let me borrow his phone at 2 a.m. to arrange transportation after my friends left me in Santa Ana by accident. That was a long walk and I appreciate your trust more than you know. This plaza also has a Baskin Robbins and pet store for running multiple errands.”
“The Best 7-11 in this part of Orange County/Costa Mesa. For the most part the staff are friendly, overnight a couple people are grumpy but for the most part everyone is great. This location is stocked very well most of the time, it's probably one of the better stocked 7-11 stores around. I think I have only had a bad run in with one staff member but I think he didn't have his Fruit Loops for breakfast that day.”
“This is a great location! Always clean and well stocked. One of the managers, a woman named Gene I believe, is always so professional, kind and helpful. I have come here in the even when the door is locked but state law requires breaks and lunches and if they’re alone, well, they likely have to lock the door. But people are impatient so I can see why there are low reviews.”

“Based off all the low reviews for this location, I think people need to lower their expectations for a 7-Eleven. I went to buy a soda and a snack, and they had my soda and a snack - that's all I'm hoping for at a convenience store. The cashier promptly rang me up. Everything went as expected.”

“Huge shell gas station! Not use to seeing shells this big around beach communities so it was very surprising seeing one this big in size. Very clean gas station and all pumps in working condition. They offer diesel gas as well! Overall had no issues coming here!”
