The staff at Fashion Island were incredibly kind and helpful. The jeans I really wanted weren’t available in my size, so they offered to have them shipped directly to me. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted.

This Levi’s store is the best! Such good service. Jocelyn helped me out so much, I had no idea I was buying the wrong length of jeans until she helped me! Everyone that works there is super sweet and helpful, I truly couldn’t recommend it more, I also love the brand. :)

This is a beautiful store and one of the most desirable fashion shopping areas and all of Orange county. Definitely check it out if you're in the area. The staff is friendly and the store is clean
