Today, I bought a pair of sport shoes for the first time. I wanted something special for vacation, and I wanted white leather tennis shoes. The Coyle was perfect, comfortable and stylish. “I have been a customer of Shinobi for quite sometime now. I am surprised to see a few negative reviews. That being said, everyone is of course entitled to their own opinions and assessment of what they deem to be a good experience.Its been a while and I cannot remember when my relationship as a customer begin. I do recall that my very first visit was one that just had me looking at all of the "high end" brands and was impressed that a store had a well balanced inventory of brands from affordable to the higher end.I recall asking questions, and trying on different pieces of clothing. The whole time I was met with patience and great customer service. Fast forward to today, and that same service has extended itself from one purchase to another, special orders as well.Ownership as I know it with Asher and Aaron, has been great. They strive to keep a great store with competitive brands and a consistent flow of new inventory. The store exudes class and I have been in many times to observe how customers are greeted and treated, and some of these reviews just do not make sense.I also, acknowledge that their return policy has its limitations. However, I also believe that, if one as a customer can understand that Shinobi is not a big brand retailer such as Nordstrom, then we can begin to understand that they may not have that flexibility to extend their policy's accordingly.I hope that this review can shed some of but the great service and experience this store offers. Josiah, and Monty as well as other employees have always treated me with respect. I hope that anyone reading drops in and takes a look at a great store that Asher and Aaron have going.”
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the loft, theater managed by Chris, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The theater itself was beautiful and luxurious, with state-of-the-art technology and comfortable seating that made for a truly immersive movie-watching experience.However, what impressed me most about this theater was the level of service provided by Chris and his team. Unfortunately, during my visit, there was an issue with my order, and it ended up being over an hour late. I was understandably frustrated, but Chris personally stepped in to make things right.He not only apologized sincerely for the delay, but he went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. He personally made sure that my order was delivered and included complimentary treats and drinks to make up for the delay.I was blown away by Chris's dedication to customer service and his commitment to making sure that every guest has the best possible experience. Despite the initial hiccup, I left the theater feeling completely satisfied and impressed by the level of care and attention that Chris and his team provide.Overall, I would highly recommend this luxury movie theater.”

Me and my son were extremely shocked at the sheer amount of shoes. The employees were very nice and helpful. I recommend and it’s very good if you want options.”

The sales rep from jewelry section was kind enough to pick it up for me even though it's not her department.
