I had my new furniture delivered and assembled the same week. I'm glad I found this furniture store, and have already referred my friends. “Just about everyone in my life has heard some version of the following review, because I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. For context, my partner and I put over 40 hours of research and visiting mattress stores into this mattress decision. There were initially a lot of contenders. And in the end, there was only one we felt confident about - Custom Comfort Mattress. My family and I have been customers of theirs for over 20 years and I was delighted to learn just how good they are in their industry. Throughout the process, we wandered into 3 Custom Comfort stores and the customer service in each was outstanding so they're all getting this shout-out. We never felt like they were trying to make the sale - there wasn't pressure to make a decision - they just gave us the facts with pride and the mattresses sold themselves. Rod sat with us on a rainy afternoon at the Huntington Beach store and answered our long-list of minutiae questions - it gave us confidence that everyone in the company knows their product and wants the best for their customers. In the world of mattresses, Custom Comfort is producing a far superior product. I've owned mattresses in the past from their Select Collection (entry-level) and for this purchase, we jumped up to their Reserve Collection (premier level). We wanted a bed that was all natural materials with no memory foam, which we learned limits the lifespan of your mattress. We also wanted to avoid potentially toxic materials used to meet U.S. flammability requirements (Custom Comfort achieves this with wool). Bonus is that all of their mattresses are double-sided (flippable) which most on the market are not these days. The mattress we purchased should last us 20-30 years if we care for it well. This is the type of company that earns your trust. Not that we needed reassurance, but we asked if we could visit their factory in Orange to see how their mattresses are made. I felt like an elementary school kid on a field trip - I absolutely loved it. The warehouse manager Chewy personally guided us through all the stages of the mattress build and shared that most employees have been on the job for 10-30 years. They clearly take pride in their work and the brand. From the time we made the purchase to the time it was set up in our bedroom was 5 days. Great customer service to the end - Oscar and Omar were our courteous and on-time delivery crew and they made several adjustments to the bed height and position in the room to make sure I was completely satisfied. We've been sleeping on our new mattress for a week and we're finding our aches and pains greatly reduced. Check this company out - they're the real deal!”

As for delivery I couldn’t be happier! It’s nice that they have their own company delivery team instead of outsourcing so they know exactly what they’re giving you. Not to mention Joseph and Santos gave me a 30-45 minute heads up of when they’d be arriving, got there on time, brought in the products, installed, and verified working order before leaving.

“We have a good 6" spring mattress in our boat, but it's not very comfortable. We worked with the HMC team to design a 3" gel foam topper and we are so glad we did!! Firstly, the experience overall was efficient, professional, and timely. The finished product was of high quality and fit perfectly. “We have purchased furniture from this store twice. All their furniture is made in the USA so you do not need to worry about quality. Our most recent visit was a couple weeks prior to our moving date. Marlene allowed us to make a small deposit to reserve a dresser and two nightstands that we intended on purchasing but were not yet able to make a final decision on. We stopped by a week later to make the full payment. Their prices are more than fair, especially for the quality of product. Overall, Marlene provided excellent customer service and was very hospitable.”

“I tried to buy a firm memory foam mattress but instead I paid for the wrong mattress that costs the same measurements are the same I only messed up with the firmness of it so next day I called costumer service and the lady was very polite and helpful told me to go to the store and just tell them I called earlier to costumer service to fixed my mistake and when I got to the store costumer service said they couldn't do anything about it so the told me to go ask to the delivery guys and they told me to go back C.Service well they didn't help me not even check the code I got from the earlier C. Service so they couldn't do anything so I had to call back to customer service and they refunded me the money and I had to buy the mattress online once again but those guys on the front the so called*"C Service"* doesn't treat me as a customer should be treated”
