“We drove two hours away and ended up in Norco, 100+ degree heat during the drive there and the AC in our truck wasn’t blowing cold. We were all MISERABLE, especially my six month old and having the windows down being stuck in traffic wasn’t cutting it. O’Reilly’s happen to be the closest auto parts store near our planned destination. Mo was so helpful. We had previously attempted to charge the line with fre-on and it was unsuccessful because we didn’t charge it enough. Mo saved the trip with his upbeat personality and we were able to crack jokes instead of being frustrated at the situation. We happily “froze” on our way back while blasting the AC making the traffic bearable. In short: Outstanding customer service!”
“Jonny took our 69 Chevy Impala that had been sitting for 5yrs and had many issues but they went through the engine and had it running in a couple of days. also needed a new Transmission and tires and electrical work. “I was calling to get a Lexus GS350 headlight light bulb, and it cost $129.99 + tax! So, I called AutoZone, and it was the same price. Although AutoZone didn't offer a 1-year warranty so I purchased from O'Reilly. It is expensive, and I hope it will last as long as the OEM one. Just make sure your file is on the computer database and keep the original receipt for the warranty. Great customer service!”

“Francisco was great. He switched out my battery in less than 5 minutes. $40 for the battery and $10 install. It's a used battery, but it has a 3 month warranty, and a new battery elsewhere is over $150. Thank you!!!”

“I shop for Instacart so I deal with customer service people all day. It's tough out there and lord knows it's not always easy so I don't expect much and cut everyone a break(everyone everywhere is trash tbh) But one of the gentleman who was closing Monday night by the name of Erik I believe reminded me that there is still some superstars out there. I walked in 2 min before they closed so I was expecting a hostile environment and I wouldn't have blamed them at all and would cut them some slack for it, but to my surprise it wasn't like that at all. Erik was still very polite and professional, helped me find what I was looking for and even gave me some suggestions for what I purchased. Oreillys you better make this kid a General Manager soon before he takes his talents somewhere else because someone as good as him doesn't just pop up all the time”

We are selling car so we didn't need to put in an expensive one. However, I got price for my other car that needs a new battery and price was still almost half! I am coming to get new one too.
