“If I could give more stars, I would. 10 stars for both my aunt and I. We just had our ears pierced by Autumn at the Ontario Mills location and I just have to say that, “Autumn Rocks!!!!” We actually came by yesterday as they were closing and she stayed later and took the time to answer questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure both of our piercings were perfect. I appreciate the extra time she took with us and never made us feel rushed or that we were taking too long to make a decision. I will definitely be going back again for more piercings. My wonderful husband of almost 11 years decided to surprise me with an upgraded ring featuring a new center stone. After visiting a few places that quoted us ridiculouslyhigh prices, we noticed this business while driving around our neighborhood.
I reached out and was able to speak directly with the owner, who was incredibly honest and upfront about the pricing. He took the time to explain the entire process and listened carefully to what we wanted. It was really important to both of us that the new center mount maintained most of the original setting as possible, and he did his best to accommodate that request.
The owner provided a clear timeline and was always communicative throughout. He was quick to follow up and worked comfortably within our budget, which truly felt like an answered prayer. The final result exceeded all our expectations! It's a stunning ring, and I’ve received so many compliments on it.
In addition to that, he kindly transformed the original mount into a beautiful pendant that I wear every day. His genuine care for his customers, along with his kindness, friendliness, and extensive knowledge, really made this entire process easy. I will definitely continue to support his business.”

The previous place I went to charged me a battery for a watch that was automatic for 25 dollars and kept that watch overnight literally pretending to order a special battery for it feeling so stupid when realizing it didn't even need a battery since it was automatic. Fast forward to my experience here when the main owner here quoted me 8 dollars for the battery on my other watches and informing me that my other specific watch didn't need a battery which is how I found out I was conned at the previous place. Incredibly honest and very affordable pricing compared to the watch shops around the valley”
