“I went in to get a passport for my mom (without an appointment), the agent attending the passport desk was on point! She was helping customers all while answering other customer questions about documents required for a passport. Taking pictures and completing documentation. Talk about multitasking, and she still had time to interact with the customers in a very agreeable tone. I wish I knew her name but she was the person attending Passport desk 01/14/2025 in the morning. Thank you she made our hectic morning gathering paperwork so much better!”

I’ve always had a great experience at the Post Office on Arlington Avenue (92504). The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, even during busy times. They’ve helped me with everything from mailing packages to getting passport forms, and they always do it with a positive attitude. The line moves quickly and the service is reliable. A well-run location that I trust for all my mailing needs!”

“It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. “Lot of bad reviews here for things out of this post office’s control. Don’t complain about long lines, they’re understaffed and work as efficiently as possible from 4am until 10pm. Complain to your senator if you want something done about the lines so more money goes to Usps.Helpful tip, research what you can do online, print your postage, save your time.”

The previous reviews are not for the current business located here but for an old business. I recently mailed incredibly important paperwork to the DMV from here and it was delivered no problem. The current owner was aware of the confusion and took the time to explain and reassure me. He's got a great business on his hands, and I'm excited to see it thrive. “Came in today with Passport appointments was help by the wonderful Ms. Anika, I wrote out my checks incorrectly she advised for me to get new checks and come right back in to finish my appointments. I did just that, she helped me fill out all my documents correctly with no pressure, great service and patience. “Great service for a fair price. We called a lot of places and their rates were drastically better than everyone else's. We received three men to help us move our 2br/2b apartment from Los Angeles to San Diego for around 2k. Everyone else quoted us around 3k. Adam and his crew were clearly skilled professionals. We've used other movers before but this crew really stood out with their amazing skills and coordination. Their packing, furniture disassembly and reassembly was efficient and outstanding. I wish I took pictures but they were too quick. All our furniture looks beautiful, no damages and the boxes still look good as new. I was very impressed with this whole experience. I don't think I've ever left a yelp review before but these guys really deserved the shout out. I will be recommending them to friends and family.”
