“I am so grateful for this place. Marvin is incredibly professional and kind. I've been here twice. Once for the mobile service. I got a flat and I was really stuck without a way of getting a tow to the shop. They came to where I was, did a great job quickly, and were extremely professional. The second time I brought my car in the day before a holiday and Marvin was doing his thing. There were 2 cars before mine and I only had to wait 20 minutes. He got everyone in and out and did a great job. Though he was busy he had such a positive attitude and everyone that I saw, including myself, left smiling. The new tire prices were the most affordable I could find and they're good tires. Highly recommended.”

“I went into this dealership yesterday b/c I am in the market to purchase a new car. I've been doing research for awhile and I decided to simply go to this dealership to look and have a simple conversation. I'm not a person that knows all the right questions to ask, nor am I the person that knows all the car jargon, or geek things that some others maybe into. Basically I'm the perfect person to get over on when it comes to buying a car. In past experiences going to dealerships left me feeling drained, exhausted, uneducated, and simply not in the best of moods, and plainly put.... Stupid. Let me tell you this. Yesterday was thee FIRST time that I've ever went into a dealership and had the best experience EVER!!! Jonathan Bivens welcomed me from the moment that I walked in, and took his time to make sure he answered every question that I had, he broke everything down to me in language that I could understand, and literally took away my fear of going into a car dealership. He was literally heaven sent and a blessing. This dealership is truly blessed to have someone like Jonathan on their staff. Although I haven't purchased my car yet, I've already made up my mind that when that time comes, which will be VERY SOON, Mini Universal City is the ONLY place that will get my business. I encourage everyone that is in the market of purchasing a vehicle, take a trip down to Mini Universal City and I promise you won't regret it. The entire staff is amazing, however Jonathan is the rock star in my opinion, so be sure to ask for him!

“My body shop of many , many years finally closed their doors for good. So I started asking around. Recommended highly by one of the best auto repair mechanics I know, Avos Auto Center came through at 5-star level. I showed up unannounced and within 20 -25 minutes I had a full assessment of the damage, including pulling out the entire headlight assembly, to make positively sure I didn’t need that very expensive part. I walked a few businesses away and got a special Avos rate on a rental car with 5000 miles on it. Throughout the body repair process, Gary sent me photo updates of my car as it went through the various repair stages. The car came out looking magnificent, the price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work done and I have a great body shop to go to and to recommend. This shop is top notch.”

“Went to No Limit to get a quote and Mike immediately sat down with me to build the entire thing out. He took me through all the parts (even the ones we couldn’t see) and built out an honest quote for me. After a few visits to other body shops, I decided to stick with No Limit since they were transparent and answered all my questions.
During the entire process, they were in touch with me to let me know what stage the car was in and what to expect next.
Honestly, I didn’t have to do anything outside of drop off and pick up. I didn’t have to hound anyone, Mike was readily available and would even tell me he was on another call and that he’d call me back.

If there's ever an issue with my cars that he does not do, he refers me to someone else who is also fair. As a woman it is hard to find a good auto mechanic if you trying to find someone outside a dealership that is not going to try to take advantage.
