“I visited the Wells Fargo today to open a bank account. In the past, when I went to other branches, I was usually told that they were too busy and that I should make an appointment or open the account online. I explained that I was having trouble doing it online myself, but they just said they couldn’t help.
But this time, everything was different. The team here — especially this gentleman (photo attached) — was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though I think he might be new to the job, he took the time to assist me with opening the account online. He was patient, professional, and had a very warm attitude.
I really appreciate his help and I wish him all the best. With such a great approach to customers, I’m sure he will succeed!

“Not a great location, nothing can be done about that: manager took care of business for us. We had an appointment and for some reason the person working there called our appointment then took someone else! Did not explain why he took the other person, just walked away!!!! We were pissed! We were closing an account. I know COVID F -up everything, but we had an appointment set for 2 weeks. Anyway manager brought someone to help us, he was in a training meeting we were told.. ! Right thing to do, and Mario was very helpful. Mario took care of everything we needed to get done. We closed an account, yet he still was very personable, professional, unlike the the guy next to him!!! Thank you Mario and the manager at that time for doing the job correctly and professional in a tuff environment and times. The guy who called our appointment and walked away,,,,,, is the reason we left Wells Fargo, I'm giving credit were it's due!”
“I come here frequently to use the atm and it's very pleasant. The few times that I have gone inside to speak with a Teller have been just fine too. However I make sure that I dont come to the Bank on Mondays and Fridays because those days get very busy here. Maybe the bad reviews are from those days. The only reason I can't give this five stars is because sometimes in the parking lot I see homeless walking around which makes me feel nervous while visiting a bank. They need better security outside.”
